Venetian Seduction Candle
I absolutely adore the Venetian Seduction scent! Years ago, I ordered a candle from the Venetian hotel in Vegas and these candles are just like it. The only difference is that they aren't as strong, probably because they have less oil. The original candle was so oily that you didn't even have to light it to smell it all over the room. These ones are more subtle, which isn't always a bad thing. I have one in the family room, one in the bedroom, and even one in my car. I'm definitely planning on ordering more and maybe trying some other scents, perhaps even the diffuser. I've already told my friends about them. Keep up the great work!
Essential oil diffuser purchase
I have to say, the essential oil diffuser I got from Aroma Retail is really stepping up the vibes in my place. The scents are so enticing and the machine itself is high quality for sure. But you know what really got me? The customer service from Aroma Retail was beyond impressive. I'm talking lightning-fast processing and shipping of my online order, almost like Amazon level quick. And whenever I had a question, they hit me back with super helpful and informative answers, even got a personal call from the owner! I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed and definitely sticking with Aroma Retail as a loyal customer.

I bought a home unit diffuser from Aroma Retail and it's really good at spreading fragrance all over my house. The scent lasts a long time, which is awesome. But I'm pretty bummed about a design problem that makes the diffuser leak oil when it's turned. It's tipped over a few times by accident and I've lost two oil bottles because of it. It's annoying to always have to watch out for it tipping over. I hope Aroma Retail fixes this issue and makes a better design to stop wasting oil.
Defective diffuser
I bought a diffuser from this store and when it came, it was all busted up! I tried to send it back to get my money back, but they took out the original shipping cost from my refund. That's not right! I shouldn't have to pay for shipping on something that didn't even work in the first place. The customer service was awful, they even gave me a call and asked me to take down my negative review. They claimed the diffuser was in perfect condition when they got it back, but that's a total lie! I even sent them videos showing the crazy noise it was making, and it just kept getting louder every day.
3 travel diffusers for different rooms
I just bought 3 travel diffusers for 3 separate rooms in my house, but I'm kinda bummed out because the scent isn't strong enough. I put 2 of them in my bedroom in different spots, but I can barely even smell them. It's also annoying that the website doesn't say how much space they can cover. Not having that info made it hard for me to decide on buying them. In the end, I'm not happy with how things turned out and I'll probably have to return them.
Fragrance selection guidance
I was looking for this one scent that I couldn't quite remember, but I knew I wanted something to make my place feel all warm and cozy like it did before. This super helpful employee showed me around the smell section and suggested a few options that had similar vibes to what I was after. Thanks to her suggestion, I ended up going with this fragrance called "Crystals shops" and let me tell you, it was spot on! Now my house smells amazing and I'm thrilled with how it turned out.
Professional machine purchase
I've been with this company for about three years now, and I just bought a fancy machine. I've had to get in touch with their customer service a few times to ask questions and get help when things weren't going right with my purchase. I gotta say, the customer service team was awesome to work with. They knew their stuff and when they couldn't fix my problem, they quickly sent me a new unit within a week. I totally suggest this company if you want to make your home smell nice.
Sample blotters
I haven't ordered yet, but I wanted to see some sample blotters. I emailed them and really quickly, someone very nice and professional responded saying they would send me samples. I replied back and soon after, I got my shipping confirmation. It was super fast and cool! Customer service isn't always this great, so I was really impressed. I was unsure about spending a lot of money on the big boy machine, but now I am completely convinced. I can't wait to pick my scent!
Scent diffuser
Oh my gosh, the scents coming from my scent diffuser are amazing! But there's one big issue - it always sets the wrong time! It's supposed to keep track of time and stuff, but it's like it can't get it right. It's so frustrating because I rely on it to work with my fan settings. I've had it for a while now and they still haven't fixed it. They might need to hire someone who knows more about tech stuff to sort it out.

Essential oil diffuser purchase
I found out about this company after avoiding another brand with bad reviews. My experience has been okay, but I do have some worries. After just two days, my app is telling me the oil level is at 44%, even though it should last 4-6 weeks. If this oil doesn't make it through a month, I'll definitely be asking for my money back. It's too expensive to only last a short time, and I think the app's predictions are inaccurate.
Blotter pack with promised samples
I just bought a blotter pack that was supposed to have a sample of a particular scent, but for the second time in a row, the sample I was looking forward to trying was missing. I ordered both the Top Sellers pack and then the Fresh & Clean pack, but still did not get the Social House Bright Sunshine sample I really wanted. It's really disappointing not to get what was promised, especially when it's a scent I was excited about. It makes me kind of doubt the reliability and attention to detail of Aroma Retail's packaging process. This experience unfortunately makes me think twice about ordering from them again in the future.
Candles
I ordered some candles online from this one place and it was just meh. The candles were decent, smelt nice but nothing to write home about. Customer service was alright, they answered my questions but nothing to rave about. Prices were fair, not crazy expensive but not dirt cheap either. Delivery was a bit slow, took longer than I thought. Overall, it was an okay experience.
Fragrance oil purchase
I ordered some fragrance oil, but it never arrived. I called them right away, and they sent a replacement through a courier at no extra cost. That's what I call amazing customer service! I definitely recommend them for being so quick and reliable.

Vegas scents
I'm loving these Vegas scents! They smell amazing and bring me back to wandering through all the different casinos. My friend filled me in on each casino's signature scent, and it's awesome to be able to enjoy them at home. The descriptions of the scents are spot on. And the packaging was top-notch, not too much padding but everything arrived safe and sound. I'm super pleased with my purchase!
