Compact travel diffuser purchase
I recently bought a compact travel diffuser from Aroma Retail and unfortunately, I had some issues with all three units I received. One didn't work right, another leaked oil, and the third stopped working completely. I was pretty bummed about the quality of the product, but the customer service team offered me credit to trade up to a bigger model. However, I ran into more problems when I tried to use the app for the new unit since it wasn't working correctly. The manager I talked to was nice at first, but her attitude changed when I mentioned that the internal programmers might be to blame. While I do like to support small businesses, I would recommend checking out other stores for similar products if you want a smoother shopping experience.
