damaged goods
I recently bought some items online, but when they arrived they were all messed up. So I tried to return them, but they told me they don't accept returns from the UK. Like, really? That's so frustrating. Why do they have such a limited return policy? I just wanted to get my money back or exchange the items, but nope, they weren't willing to help at all. I would definitely recommend avoiding this store if you're from the UK.

Stayed for 5 days over Christmas
My first time staying at a hotel near an airport was awesome! The hotel had such a chill vibe, even with planes zooming by. I was with a group and the hotel staff really took care of us - they were so friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless, and you could tell the staff really looked out for the guests, especially those with disabilities. Big shoutout to all the staff for being totally awesome!

Order inquiry and Pre-Order item
I emailed customer service because I was confused about my order, turns out I accidentally bought some Pre-Order items. Oops! Customer service replied super quick, like in less than 5 minutes. They said they'll send the other stuff I ordered before the Pre-Order items arrive. Liz was awesome and now I'm excited to sleep in my fancy new bed sheets! <3
