Bean bag chair
I appreciate the effort they put into making the bean bag chair, but honestly, I've seen better quality and more comfy options out there. Those commercials hyping up the product felt a bit over the top, and calling it a game-changer seemed like a stretch. I've had similar chairs before from way back in the 70s, and this one just didn't measure up. It felt more like a trend than a lasting comfy seat solution. I might check out the brand again later to see if they've upped their game, but right now, I'm not totally happy with what I bought.

I recently got a new computer chair from an online store. The lady who assisted me was really friendly and made sure to keep me in the loop about when my chair would be delivered. Moonpod Pillow
I just got the Moonpod Pillow and man, it's surprisingly comfy! Chris really hooked me up with all the info I needed to decide on buying it. This pillow is super soft and gives awesome support to my neck and head. Ever since I started using it, I've been getting way better sleep at night.

This chair is really comfortable, but it just didn't fit in with the style of my room. Luckily, Hiyezel from customer service was amazing with my return! She kept me in the loop every step of the way and made the whole process easy. Her professionalism and kindness were outstanding. I might even consider buying this chair as a gift for someone later on because of the exceptional customer service I experienced!
Pillows and seating products
I contacted customer service with a request and was super happy when they got back to me in just 5 minutes. I've purchased a bunch of stuff from this company, like their pillows and seats, and I gotta say, they're seriously the comfiest things I've ever bought. I used to wake up with a super achy neck, but that's not a problem anymore. Their products have really made a big difference in how well I sleep and how comfy I am when sitting down.

Returning the bean bag chair to Moonpod was such a pain. It was super hard and annoying. There's no phone number to call customer service and you gotta pay a lot for shipping it back. The chair itself was just average, not even worth the expensive price. You should totally leave bad reviews to warn others about how bad Moonpod is with their products and service.
Wrong color cover
I ordered the wrong color cover by mistake, and I was a bit worried about how to exchange it. But the customer service was really helpful! They sent me a free return label promptly, so I could easily exchange it. I'm still waiting for my new cover to arrive, but I'm confident it'll be here soon.
Most comfy thing ever!
I just got this really awesome bean bag chair for Christmas, and I haven't moved from it in two days because it's so comfy. Even caught my husband taking a nap on it! And our dog loves it too!

I kinda just went ahead and bought something from Moonpod without really thinking it through and then totally regretted it. I panicked a bit when I didn't hear back from them right away after reaching out to cancel my order. But they got back to me pretty quickly and sorted it all out. They canceled my order and gave me a refund without any trouble. I was actually really impressed with how they handled everything and super grateful for their understanding, especially because it was my own fault in the first place.
