Requesting my second room through Spotahome was super easy and quick. When my first choice wasn't available, they gave me other options right away. Lia at Spotahome was awesome - she helped me choose another room and made sure everything went smoothly. She was really good at keeping me updated and answering my questions fast. Talking directly with my landlord also made me feel more comfortable and added a personal touch to the whole thing. It was a great experience overall.

Taxi trip booked through third-party platform
So I had this recent taxi ride that I booked through some third-party app, and man, it was a huge letdown. I checked my credit card bill and saw a charge from this company called Rideways Manchester for a trip I took in Antalya, Turkey. Turns out Rideways is linked to Booking.com, which I've used before. But let me tell you, the actual trip was anything but great. The driver was driving like a maniac, making the whole ride super scary. And when I looked up the taxi company, "Bizim Transfer," all I found were a bunch of bad reviews. It's got me thinking about the kind of companies Booking.com is teaming up with.

Milwaukee Packout 10-inch tote
I recently picked up the Milwaukee Packout 10-inch tote from The Tool Nut and overall, my experience has been pretty good. Ordering it was a breeze, navigating their website was smooth sailing. The tote arrived quickly, but when I opened it up, I noticed a small cut on the side. Not a huge deal since it's a tool bag, but considering how much I spent on it, I felt like I should reach out to customer service about a possible exchange. Zach from customer service was really professional and on top of things. He quickly got a new tote sent out to me, and I was really impressed with how he handled everything. Despite that little bump in the road, I'm happy with how it was resolved and will definitely keep coming back to The Tool Nut.

Hoodie
I just bought a hoodie from the store on Black Friday, but it ended up being way too big when it showed up. I even checked the size chart and got my usual size, but it was still oversized. On top of that, I had to shell out an extra $5.90 just to send it back for a refund. It was irritating to have to pay so much for shipping and returns when the problem wasn't even my fault. Hopefully, the store will do better with their sizing in the future to avoid this kind of thing happening again.

I recently bought a dresser from this store, and let me tell you, it was an awesome experience. The customer service was on point, they gave me all the info I needed to make the right choice. But the best part? The dresser showed up super quick, like 2-1/2 weeks before I thought it would. They used UPS for delivery, and that thing was packed up so well, it came to my door in perfect shape. Putting it together was a breeze, only took me about 15 minutes. And let me tell you, the quality of the dresser blew me away, it was better than I expected. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great furniture.

I purchased these as an option for my wedding. I knew Huge Tomato had a 30 day return/refund policy which is why I decided to try them. Once I got them, the pearl was too big for my look and I've been trying to return them ever since. Customer support is unresponsive and the return policy is a joke. You have to get someone from customer support to send you return instructions which is impossible since they won't respond.

The doll was purchased for my sister who has stage 4 cancer. She wanted a "reborn doll". The price of those were too expensive so instead I bought her this one for now. She fell in love with her right off the bat. I had previously purchased another doll from another vendor and was very disappointed. Your doll was awesome. The quality of the product is better than the picture. My sister loves her. Her baby is with her in hospice while she is receiving her treatment and she keeps her company. I am so glad I purchased her. She is a great comfort to my sister. Thank you!

the same thing happened to me. They are rude and will definitely not give a refund. They knowingly send out cheap versions of the dolls in the picture.

I recently ordered baby Journey and Bentley. I have yet to receive a tracking number for such babies. I want the REAL DEAL, I f you can't produce the advertised babies...then I would like to cancell the order, and get a refund.I purchased a girl doll, Hadlee, disappointed for the fact it doesn't look or feel as real as advertised but more importantly, I purchased a GIRL. Came with pink papers and pink bottle and pacifier. When I took off her pants to put the legs in, I discovered it was a boy. Emailed them a week ago and still hasn't responded. Nor can I find a phone number. Does anyone know a better way to contact them?

Dear rebornshop.com I received a shipment today, that was supposed to be a Bentley doll with blonde hair and blue eyes. The doll I received, bore more of a resemblance to a baby Chernobyl doll, with brown hair and brown eyes. There was very little resemblance to the doll that is pictured on your website. In researching feedback from other buyers (sadly, after the fact) I have concluded that there is little hope of a full refund. (yet another breach of your promise) Therefore I will be posting my experience along with comparable photos of the doll advertised, and the one that is sent. I will let the court of public opinion decide. While it is important for your company to start honoring the promises it makes to its customers, it is equally important that customers know not to buy from you until such a time as you begin to operate honestly.
