    Milwaukee Packout 10-inch tote

    I recently picked up the Milwaukee Packout 10-inch tote from The Tool Nut and overall, my experience has been pretty good. Ordering it was a breeze, navigating their website was smooth sailing. The tote arrived quickly, but when I opened it up, I noticed a small cut on the side. Not a huge deal since it's a tool bag, but considering how much I spent on it, I felt like I should reach out to customer service about a possible exchange. Zach from customer service was really professional and on top of things. He quickly got a new tote sent out to me, and I was really impressed with how he handled everything. Despite that little bump in the road, I'm happy with how it was resolved and will definitely keep coming back to The Tool Nut.

    I just bought a tool from The Tool Nut and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! I goofed up my order and needed to swap it out for the right item. But no worries, the whole process was super easy and quick. It only took about a week from sending back the wrong item to getting the replacement. The folks on the customer service team were so kind and really helped me out every step of the way. They gave me all the info I needed to make the exchange go smoothly.     Power tool purchase

    So, get this - my order got delivered to the wrong place by the delivery guy. I waited around for like 2 weeks, getting more and more frustrated. Finally, I decided to give The Tool Nut a call. I got hooked up with this guy named Zack, and let me tell you, he was amazing. Zack was super helpful and right away set up a new shipment with a better delivery service. He even sent me an email to confirm everything and genuinely said sorry for the mix-up. Props to Zack for going above and beyond with his customer service!

    Makita sprayer purchase

    I ordered a Makita sprayer last Thursday night and got it by Tuesday morning. Their customer service was really good, we chatted through email. I'll for sure order from them again. One thing I think they could work on is giving out tracking numbers so we can follow our orders. It was a bit confusing when I logged in and it kept saying "still processing" until it showed up at my door. Also, they were $80 cheaper for the Makita sprayer than Amazon, which I wasn't expecting at all.

    Jet mobile base and oscillating Jet edge sander

    I recently bought a Jet mobile base and an oscillating Jet edge sander from The Tool Nut. When the mobile base showed up, the box was all beat up and missing all 4 rails. But Rhiannon V. from customer support hooked me up with a brand new unit and said I could keep the first one for parts. The edge sander, on the other hand, came in good shape and works great. Rhiannon V.'s customer service was awesome and I really appreciate their help.

    I've been a customer of The Tool Nut for a while now, and overall I've had mostly good experiences with my purchases. Lately though, I've noticed that the customer service and order fulfillment has taken a hit. It used to be that any small issues were quickly fixed, but now it seems like the customer service team isn't as helpful and orders aren't being handled as smoothly. There have been a few times where my orders took way longer to ship than I was told, causing me some inconvenience and delays.

    Milwaukee tool combo

    First time ordering from them and it was super easy and hassle free! My husband contacted them to ask a question after we ordered and the person we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. We received our order quickly and it was neatly packaged. You can’t go wrong ordering from them. Everything was a breeze and the prices are excellent!

    I ordered a Dewalt miter saw stand. They put a pending charge on my account but never acknowledged the order, then after a few days the pending charged disappeared. So, next I set up an account and ordered it again. And again, it posted a pending charge and after a few days it disappeared. I logged in everyday for two weeks and it showed no orders on my account. after the two weeks it showed up on my account so I sent an email requesting the orders be canceled. They canceled the 1 that showed up on the account and shipped the older 1. Now to return it they say I have to pay shipping.
