    Cordless drill set

    I had such a bad experience shopping at this online store. I ordered a cordless drill set and waited for more than a month just for them to ship it out. When I finally got the tracking info, all it showed was that the label had been made. I tried reaching out to ask what was going on, but all I got were excuses saying the shipping carrier didn't scan the package. And let me tell you, Zach, the customer service guy, was not helpful at all. No communication, no accountability. It was just really disappointing overall.

    Drum sander, outfeed tables, digital readout

    My experience with The Tool Nut was really frustrating. I ordered a drum sander, outfeed tables, and a digital readout on December 2nd, hoping they would show up soon. But I had to keep emailing to find out what was going on with my order. Every time I asked, they'd give me a different date that never panned out, which was pretty disappointing and made me feel misled. I even had to call the manufacturer a bunch of times before finally getting the drum sander on December 26th. The digital readout didn't come until January 3rd, and after getting no response to my emails, I decided to cancel the outfeed tables on January 6th. Overall, my experience with The Tool Nut was not good, and I won't be shopping there again.

    I just bought a heated jacket as a present for my dad from an online store. But the thing is, I never got any confirmation email or text after I finished buying it. I put in both my email and phone number, but I never heard anything from the company. Plus, the money came out of my account under the name "toolnut.com," which was strange because I didn't know what that was. And to top it off, I didn't even get an order number to check on my purchase.

    I had a pretty quick and easy time ordering from this company, and my packout tool chest arrived super fast. The only downside was their return policy. I had one item on backorder that they shipped with the rest of the order before I could cancel it. When I reached out to customer service about returning the backordered item, they said I had to pay for the return shipping. I don't think that's fair, especially for a company this big in the online tool industry. They only cover return shipping if it's their mistake, which doesn't seem right for customers who change their minds or get unwanted items. After some discussion, they did send me a return shipping label, but they still made me pay a reduced rate. Because of this, I won't buy any more tools from them, and I recommend others do the same.

    So, get this - my order got delivered to the wrong place by the delivery guy. I waited around for like 2 weeks, getting more and more frustrated. Finally, I decided to give The Tool Nut a call. I got hooked up with this guy named Zack, and let me tell you, he was amazing. Zack was super helpful and right away set up a new shipment with a better delivery service. He even sent me an email to confirm everything and genuinely said sorry for the mix-up. Props to Zack for going above and beyond with his customer service!

    Jobsite hearing protector/radio headphones

    I wanted to let you know that I bought a pair of jobsite hearing protector/radio headphones from your store not long ago. Sadly, the quality of the headphones was not what I had hoped for. They seemed cheaply made and didn't work right. I reached out to customer service to start a return, and after a bunch of emails back and forth, I finally got the OK to send them back. I sent them back right away, but it's been three weeks now and I still haven't gotten my refund. I'm glad your team has been keeping in touch, but actually getting my money back has been really hard.

    Jet mobile base and oscillating Jet edge sander

    I recently bought a Jet mobile base and an oscillating Jet edge sander from The Tool Nut. When the mobile base showed up, the box was all beat up and missing all 4 rails. But Rhiannon V. from customer support hooked me up with a brand new unit and said I could keep the first one for parts. The edge sander, on the other hand, came in good shape and works great. Rhiannon V.'s customer service was awesome and I really appreciate their help.

    I recently bought a cordless drill from The Tool Nut, and I'm happy with the drill itself. However, I was a little let down by the ordering and delivery process. I placed my order online, got charged right away, but it took longer than I expected for my item to ship. I didn't receive any updates on my order status, and when I tried to get help, the live chat wasn't working, and my emails were left unanswered. Finally, after talking to someone on the phone, they said my order would be shipped soon. I think better communication and faster shipping would make The Tool Nut a much better experience for customers overall.

    I've been really let down by The Tool Nut. Ordering stuff from them was a pain – my item that was supposedly in stock took way longer to process than they said it would. And on top of that, when I asked about my order, they straight up lied to me. The service was so slow and the customer service reps were no help at all. I don't get how they're still in business with such shady ways of doing things. I regret spending my money there and definitely won't be going back for anything else.

    Yeah, so I was trying to get my hands on this really awesome screwdriver set from The Tool Nut, you know? And can you believe it? They ended up canceling my order without even bothering to give me a reason! And on top of that, they charged my credit card anyway! When I reached out to them for an explanation, they were being all mysterious and acting like it was somehow my fault. Seriously, what the heck, right? They still haven't sorted out the charges and it's taking forever for them to do anything about it. I mean, there are plenty of other places to go for tools, so I wouldn't waste your time dealing with these guys.

    I recently bought a set of fancy power tools from The Tool Nut. But man, the shipping was a letdown. They said it would take 5 days to get to the west coast, but it actually took 10 days to reach Seattle. I was counting on those tools for a weekend project, so the delay really threw me off. Seems like they're cutting corners on shipping, which is a shame considering how much I spent. It was definitely a bummer.

    I ordered a Makita sprayer last Thursday night and got it by Tuesday morning. Their customer service was really good, we chatted through email. I'll for sure order from them again. One thing I think they could work on is giving out tracking numbers so we can follow our orders. It was a bit confusing when I logged in and it kept saying "still processing" until it showed up at my door. Also, they were $80 cheaper for the Makita sprayer than Amazon, which I wasn't expecting at all.

    I recently picked up the Milwaukee Packout 10-inch tote from The Tool Nut and overall, my experience has been pretty good. Ordering it was a breeze, navigating their website was smooth sailing. The tote arrived quickly, but when I opened it up, I noticed a small cut on the side. Not a huge deal since it's a tool bag, but considering how much I spent on it, I felt like I should reach out to customer service about a possible exchange. Zach from customer service was really professional and on top of things. He quickly got a new tote sent out to me, and I was really impressed with how he handled everything. Despite that little bump in the road, I'm happy with how it was resolved and will definitely keep coming back to The Tool Nut.

    First time ordering from them and it was super easy and hassle free! My husband contacted them to ask a question after we ordered and the person we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. We received our order quickly and it was neatly packaged. You can’t go wrong ordering from them. Everything was a breeze and the prices are excellent!

    I ordered a Dewalt miter saw stand. They put a pending charge on my account but never acknowledged the order, then after a few days the pending charged disappeared. So, next I set up an account and ordered it again. And again, it posted a pending charge and after a few days it disappeared. I logged in everyday for two weeks and it showed no orders on my account. after the two weeks it showed up on my account so I sent an email requesting the orders be canceled. They canceled the 1 that showed up on the account and shipped the older 1. Now to return it they say I have to pay shipping.
