Dress purchase with misleading return policy
I bought something at this cute little shop thinking that if the dress didn't fit, I could just return it. But surprise, surprise - turns out they switched up their return policy without even letting me know. So, when I reached out to customer service to get my money back, they hit me with the news that they don't do refunds anymore, only exchanges. Talk about a letdown! Just a heads up for all you fellow shoppers out there - once you buy something from this place, that's it, no turning back. So make sure you really love it before you hand over your cash!

Show saddle blanket, halter, expedited shipping
I bought a show saddle blanket and halter from this store and paid for faster shipping. Unfortunately, I had a not-so-great experience. The saddle blanket I got was not the hot pink and black one I wanted; it was more like a weird maroon color with hardly any black. The halter seemed to be from India and didn't feel like it was made of cowhide as I thought it would be. I was really bummed about that. And even though I paid extra for faster shipping, my stuff arrived a week late, way after the show I needed them for. I feel like they should give more info about their products so people don't get let down.

I've been on this diet for about 12 days now, and I gotta say, I'm really enjoying it! It's super easy to stick to, and the support I've been getting is amazing. It's cool to check out what others are eating and cooking, it gives me some good inspiration for my meals. $90 laptop backpack
I just bought this laptop backpack for like 90 bucks, thinking I could use it for work and when I travel. But man, was I let down when I saw it only had one stinkin' side pocket! I couldn't even squeeze my umbrella in there! And to make matters worse, the dang straps were janky and dug into my shoulders, even though I tried adjusting them. I mean, this backpack was just not cutting it for me. I definitely wanted to take it back.

I heard this site from my sis, she got a red puffer coat from them which is OK, so I got my own for a black. I sent emails to them and they responded qucikly which is good. But it take 12 days to come! I hope they can promote the shipping...

Several items
I ordered with this company on 5/14/2020 which is 34 days ago and never received a shipment email or nothing. On 5/22/2020 they claimed my package was in California waiting for shipment partner Pitney Bowes to issue to USPS; but this has not happen to date. I called Pitney Bowes only to be transferred to USPS who has no record they picked up anything. DON’T PURCHASE anything from this company their 5 to 7 days is now over a month.

2 orders worth over $200
I placed an order over a month ago and even paid express shipping and have not received my package. First of all, there is no number to dial, and maneuvering through their website to find a place to file a complaint or reach out to a service agent is difficult. I've reached out to them 3 to 4 times asking them to investigate my missing package. Fed up with their non responsiveness and long shipping and delivery time, I asked to cancel another package I placed after the first one, since it has not even shipped yet. I am so unhappy and enraged at this company's horrible customer service and will delete my account. The cheap prices are not worth the headache. If I could give them zero stars in all areas I would! Steer clear of this unprofessional scammer!!!!!
I’m having this same problem when I asked for my money back for the package that they had not shipped the hurried up and shipped it and not even all of it
I got the coat very soon. Maybe i add money and used the DHL.
