Various clothing items
I was really disappointed with the clothes I bought. The espadrilles fell apart easily, the Terry shirts got holes quickly, and the viscose shirts wrinkled so easily. The only things that were good were the swimming shorts and regular shorts. But, overall, the prices were way too high for such average quality stuff.
Customer service inquiry
I decided to check in with them about the customer service problems that people were talking about on their website. It took a while, but I did finally get a response after waiting for more than a week. The person I talked to tried to say that all the bad reviews were just about the service, not the actual products. But I saw that there were also complaints about the quality of what they were selling. It was pretty disappointing to find out that they seem to have problems with both their products, their customer service, and even being straight with their customers. I don't think I'd recommend getting anything from them to anyone else.
Waste of money
I had the worst experience with this company's customer service! They didn't even bother responding to my emails when I reached out for help, even though they gave me the wrong instructions to resize an item. I highly recommend avoiding them and taking your business elsewhere.
Swimwear purchase
I finally found a store with really cute swimwear! I bought a swimsuit and a bikini from there and I'm so happy with both of them. The swimsuit looks great on me and the bikini is so much fun with awesome colors and materials.
Towelling robe and Terry Shorts
I recently bought a pink and green towelling robe and red and cream Terry Shorts from this company. Sadly, both pieces fell apart after only a few wears. The fabric was really cheap and started fading fast. Plus, the shorts were super thick and didn't fit right. Even though the designs were cute and the branding was nice, the lack of quality and bad fit made me swear off buying from this company again.
Swimwear purchase
The swimwear here has great designs, but the prices are too high for what you're getting. I was not impressed with the Cuba Terry shirt, it felt overpriced for what it was. Returning items is a pain, they charge $15 and it's just not worth it. The swimsuits are good, but the other stuff is not worth the money or the hassle of sending back. I wouldn't recommend this store for anything other than swimwear.
Swimsuit purchase
I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I bought a swimsuit from them, and it was just awful quality. Not only was the swimsuit no good, but the customer service was just as bad. It surprised me to learn that they charge $20 to ship back a swimsuit that came from Sweden but was actually made in China. And on top of all that, the swimsuit was made of super cheap polyester, not worth the high price of $80. I would definitely recommend staying away from this company and not wasting your money there.
Resort wear purchase
I had a really great experience with OAS recently. I found their website while looking for resort wear and came across the perfect ecru waffle set. I placed my order hoping to get it from Sweden to the UK in 5 days since I was traveling that week. I reached out to their customer service to see if they could speed up my order, telling them about my situation. I was happy to see that they were really helpful and rushed my order, making sure it was ready for my trip to Dubai in just 1 day. I was so impressed by their extra effort for me and I can't thank them enough for their awesome service. Already thinking about getting more stuff for my next trip and excited for my next purchase with OAS.
Two pairs of pants
I had a really bad experience with this company. Their customer service is terrible. I bought two pairs of pants in different sizes, but one didn't fit me at all. Trying to return it was so difficult to get any help. The pants I kept were impossible to clean no matter what. Also, the return process for the other pair has been a mess with no updates after three weeks. It's better to shop somewhere else to avoid the stress.
Cute clothes I bought
Oh my gosh, I am absolutely in love with this store! The clothes they have are seriously adorable and so on trend. I recently purchased the cutest top that I have been wearing nonstop. The customer service was amazing, they were so helpful in finding the right size and were super friendly. My order arrived really quickly, just within a few days. And the prices are so reasonable for the quality you get. I will definitely be a repeat customer for more of their cute outfits!
Sunday sun long robe
I'm a customer of this company and I recently bought a Sunday sun long robe. I was a bit unsure at first after reading reviews on different sites, but I figured I'd take a chance. Turns out, the robe got to me super quick. The colors are even nicer in person than they looked online. The material is top-notch, and it fits me perfectly, even though I'm tall and a little on the heavy side. I really can't complain, and I'd definitely tell others to check out this long robe.
Printed shirts - Burgundy Terrace, Amber Dune & Sunday Sun
I just bought three shirts from OAS and let me tell you, they have so many cool prints to choose from. I ended up going with the Burgundy Terrace, Amber Dune, and Sunday Sun designs. Ordering was easy peasy and the shirts showed up right on time. The quality is top-notch and I'm really happy with how everything turned out.
Oversized shirt, distorted print, charged to return
I bought this shirt in a medium size and man, it was way too big on me! The print only showed up at the seams, so it looked all funky and weird. Not a good look at all. When I tried to swap it for a smaller size, they told me they were out of stock. Can you believe it? And they still charged me 15 bucks just to send it back. Not cool at all.
Online purchase, bad customer service
I bought something online and man, the customer service was a total letdown. They didn't even bother to get back to me when I wanted to return the item, just kept sending me automated messages. It felt like they only cared about making the sale and nothing else. Plus, the stuff I got didn't look as good as it did in the pictures. I'd think twice before shopping there, to be honest.

I shop for swimwear pretty often, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the selection and quality of products at this store. I bought some swim shorts from this company not too long ago, and man, was I bummed out. Took 'em out for a spin at the beach just once, and they got wrecked. Never had that happen with any other brand before. When I tried to reach out about it, they basically shut me down and said they wouldn't do anything about it.
Swimpants and towels purchase
I bought some swimpants and towels from OAS not too long ago, but I was really let down by the quality of the stuff. The towels started falling apart after only one wash and they weren't as thick or absorbent as I had hoped. And the swimpants? Well, the color faded pretty quickly and they got holes way sooner than I thought they would. It's a bummer because I loved how unique and pretty the designs were. But with how poorly they held up, I can't say they were worth the money at all.
Linen button-up shirts
I decided to take a chance and order from this company, and I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. The linen button-up shirts I got were top-notch, made with a lightweight and durable fabric that felt smooth. They fit me just right - not too tight, but definitely flattering. I just bought some stuff from the women's clothing section at this store and let me tell you, I'm really impressed. The ads got my attention so I thought I'd give it a shot.
