Book publishing experience
My experience with Bookemon has been pretty good. I just published my book, "The Girl Who Saved the World," and everything turned out just as I wanted. But I'm still waiting on a referral reward that I haven't gotten yet. I reached out to customer service and did everything they said, but it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't heard back. It's a bummer since they're supposed to respond within a week. I hope they can fix this soon.

PAX wardrobe anchoring issue
The PAX wardrobe with mirror doors really gave us a hard time. We were totally caught off guard when we realized we had to secure the whole thing to the wall for it to be stable. Problem was, as soon as we opened the doors, the wardrobe just toppled over. We had to get a specialist to come in and beef up the plasterboard wall to handle the weight of 200 kg. To make things worse, the company didn't offer any help or advice when we complained. I think it would've been good for them to mention on their website if a product needs specific technical assembly or extra work afterwards. It would've saved us from wasting money on something we couldn't set up right.

Personalized photo blanket purchase
I just bought a custom photo blanket from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. The photo was all blurry and the fabric felt really cheap. I tried reaching out to customer service to let them know how I felt, but they just brushed me off and said the final product was as advertised on the website. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.

Pool floaties and water guns
This store is amazing! They seriously have everything you could possibly want for some summer fun. I got some awesome pool floaties and water guns while I was there. The staff was really friendly and helped me pick out the perfect options. They even told me about this water analysis service they do, so now I know exactly what my pool needs in terms of chemicals. Plus, the prices were totally reasonable and my order got here super fast. Overall, shopping at this store was a fantastic experience!
