Delayed delivery and refund issues
My experience with this company has been really frustrating. They kept changing the delivery date for my purchase without even letting me know. What was supposed to take 3 months ended up taking 7 months! And they didn't bother to update me at all during that time. When I got fed up and decided to cancel my order because of the long wait, Kardiel said they understood, but it's been 2 months now and I still haven't gotten my refund. This whole situation just seems really shady and unprofessional.

Face oil and face wash purchases
I recently bought a face oil and a face wash from this store. I like the products themselves, but had some issues with the packaging and picking them out. The face oil I got was confusing because it looked a lot like the brightening serum. It was an accident. Also, I had trouble finding my usual face wash, so I got a different one which was annoying. I wish there was an easier way to see what I've bought before, so I could reorder easily. And it was a pain that the face wash didn't have a flip top lid - I prefer those for shower products because they're easier to use.

Running shoes
I went to the Shoe Palace in Colma, California recently and man, it wasn't great. The people working there, especially the manager, were not very professional or friendly. The manager, this young lady with a ponytail, straight up ignored me. She helped everyone else but didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything. And when I was checking out, she just slid my shoes across the counter and kept talking to a coworker, not caring about customer service at all. It was pretty bad, and it made the whole store look bad too. Even with that bad experience, I still kept the shoes because I needed them for an event coming up.

Optimal Skin Pro-Serum purchase
I just bought the Optimal Skin Pro-Serum and I gotta say, I am so impressed with the results! This serum really helped with my dry and flaky skin, and on top of that, it made my skin texture and appearance look a lot better. LED headlights
I got myself some LED headlights and they showed up in like a week. They worked awesome, but I ran into a snag because the LEDs didn't have the decoder. Thankfully, the company hooked me up with the canbus decoder for free. I got everything hooked up now and it's all good. These lights are so much better than halogens. And let me tell you, when I hit the high beams, it's like night and day. I ain't worried about driving at night anymore.

Ring diamond fell out after about 4 months, 1st Dibbs basically abandons their customers. Luckily we found the designer and they are assisting us. 1st Dibbs was not useful at all in helping us to resolve the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

So I too ,prices are as good as anywhere in market.Ans delivery at home..So what is point to going to StreetCant say enough praise for Jennifer at the Killdeer store in IL Most knowledgeable person for fitting shoes and orthotic. Got a p perfect fit right away and that has never happened to me before.
