Broken bathtub delivery
My experience with the company was really disappointing. I bought a bathtub and paid extra to have it delivered inside. But when it showed up, it was all busted up. I called customer service and they were so unprofessional and wouldn't take responsibility. The supervisor I talked to didn't even try to fix things and instead blamed her personal issues, like her dog dying, for the bad service I got. It was just a super frustrating and upsetting time.
Order experience
I called customer support last Saturday night, and they made me wait on hold for 26 minutes. I couldn't even talk to anyone. Their website didn't say what time they're open. I kept hearing the same annoying music the whole time. I managed to find another number for the company, but they promised to call me back and never did. I still haven't gotten any help. It's weird for a company in the Northwest where Nike and Nordstrom are from. I really need to get my sectional and womb chair, so I hope they help me out soon.
Delayed delivery and refund issues
My experience with this company has been really frustrating. They kept changing the delivery date for my purchase without even letting me know. What was supposed to take 3 months ended up taking 7 months! And they didn't bother to update me at all during that time. When I got fed up and decided to cancel my order because of the long wait, Kardiel said they understood, but it's been 2 months now and I still haven't gotten my refund. This whole situation just seems really shady and unprofessional.
Patio set order lost in warehouse move
I was really looking forward to getting a patio set from this company because I loved their mid-century style. But man, was I let down when they told me my order got lost during a warehouse move or wasn't even available. I can't even tell you if their stuff is any good because I never even got to see it. Kardiel did try to make it right by offering to sell me part of the patio set at a discount, but I passed and just asked for my money back in full. It's just so annoying to not get what you ordered and have to wait for a refund.
Three items
I recently bought three items from this company and to be honest, I'm pretty disappointed with how things have gone so far. I placed my order on November 19 and was told it would take about 8 business days to get to me. Well, it's been way longer than that and I still haven't gotten anything.
Kidney Bean Sofa purchase
I just bought a kidney bean sofa from your store, and when it was delivered, I was bummed out to see that the legs weren't even attached. I get that some furniture needs assembly, but for a nice sofa like this, I kinda hoped it would come all put together. I reached out to customer service about it, and they did give me some instructions, but I still had to pay someone to put it together for me. It's been a bummer dealing with this whole situation.
Furniture purchase for work spaces
I usually buy furniture for my business and home that could use some freshening up. I've shopped at this place before and it was okay. The stuff looks good for what you pay, even though they're not the real deal. But my most recent order has really ticked me off. I ordered four chairs and a couch with an ottoman on March 9th, and they said the chairs would be in stock by mid-March. I got a shipping notice on April 2nd, but the chairs didn't show up until June. They blamed the delays on COVID, but I think they should've given more realistic timelines.
The best bathtub and faucet combo
So, my family got this really awesome bathtub with a super fancy faucet from this cool online store. The package showed up on time and everything was wrapped up really nice. The bathtub and faucet are both made from really good materials and look super stylish. We were a little nervous about buying such big stuff online, but the prices were too good to pass up. And you know what? We were not disappointed at all! The company even sent us an email to make sure we were happy with our purchase. How awesome is that? I wish every store did that. We'll definitely be checking out this store first for anything else we need.
Sofa cushions replacement
The sofa cushions I bought ended up being a total disaster. They were falling apart and when I tried to get replacements, I found out the manufacturer wasn't working with the company anymore. I asked for company info to try to find covers myself, but they wouldn't tell me anything about where they were made. Now I'm stuck with two big couches that I have to either get rid of or spend more money on custom covers for, even though they're just cheap knockoff sofas. It's really disappointing that the company won't help figure out a solution for this mess.
Stools never received
I ordered two stools back on July 9th, and now it's already September and I still haven't gotten them. The tracking info hasn't been updated since July 11th, and the company hasn't reached out at all to let me know what's going on. It's really irritating to dish out cash for something and then just never get it, especially when the company doesn't keep me in the loop about what's happening.
Incorrect Product received
I just bought this Boho Wicker 71" Media Cabinet in Natural Oak at the store. But man, when it came, it was totally not what I was expecting. The color was way off - they said it was Natural Oak, but it was way too white/yellow and not at all like the picture online. Plus, the dimensions on the packing slip were all wrong. Bummer.
Sofa purchase
I wouldn't suggest buying a sofa from this place. It took me 4 months to finally get my sofa, and the first delivery was a disaster - they refused to bring it upstairs and wanted to charge me extra! Totally unfair, right? Then, when my damaged sofa finally showed up, they wouldn't even help fix it. Now I'm basically stuck with a messed up sofa unless I fork over more cash for a new one. They clearly don't give a darn about their customers! The service is awful and the quality is just as bad. Stay away from them, don't buy anything there!
Asher dining table purchase
I bought the Asher dining table from them, but I was pretty let down by the quality. Even though I made sure to tighten all the screws, the table just wasn't stable. Every time I put my laptop on it, the whole thing would wobble because of a weird design issue with how the legs were attached to the top. It was surprising since the table was supposed to be solid oak and cost almost $1000. When I reached out to customer service for help, they said a little wobble was normal for a lightweight table - but that wasn't the case with this table at all. In the end, I had to return it, which was a huge bummer. The return process went okay, but after this experience, I'm not sure I want to buy anything else from them.
Uncomfortable couch
I bought a couch online thinking it was gonna be great, but dang, it was the most uncomfortable thing ever. I tried sending it back, but they hit me with all these crazy charges and now I'm still waiting on my refund. Lesson learned: always read the fine print before hitting that purchase button!
Delayed delivery, opted for refund
So, here's the deal- I bought this furniture back in March, it was supposed to come then, but now they're saying July. I ain't got time to wait, so I asked for a refund. They said 5-15 days, but here we are 17 days later and nada. Emailed them, still nothin'. Called customer service, got the run around. Seriously, this is so annoying to be left in the dark like this.
Outdoor sofa set
I just bought an outdoor sofa set from this company, and it was a huge letdown. When it got delivered, I saw that some parts were messed up from the journey. I tried to talk to customer service about it, but they didn't really help me out. And then to top it all off, the set went on sale not long after I got it, but they wouldn't give me a refund for the difference. The person I talked to from customer service was no help at all and didn't seem to care about my situation. So yeah, pretty disappointed with how things turned out.
Misleading advertising and poor customer service
This company is such a disaster! I ordered stuff that was supposed to be in stock, but turns out it wasn't. Then they just up and canceled my order without giving me a heads up! And on top of that, they totally ghosted me when I tried reaching out about it. They also took forever to give me my money back. Totally not cool coming from a supposedly legit company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them at all costs.
