magazine subscription
I ordered this really cool magazine subscription from this shop, you know? But oh my gosh, it was a complete disaster! First off, they didn't even respond to my email that I sent forever ago, like seriously, what's up with that? And then, they sent me the wrong issues not just once, not twice, but three times! It was so frustrating, like really, who's running that place?! And when they finally did reply, they didn't even try to fix things. Ugh, I have no other option but to put up with their awful service because there's nowhere else I can get this magazine from. Boo!
Review about: Solebox
Incorrect item received from sale
I had a bad experience with Solebox. When I bought something during their sale, they sent me the wrong size. When I asked for the correct size, they said they couldn't help me because the sale was over. I ended up having to pay full price for the item, which was really annoying since I had a right to a replacement. It seems like Solebox doesn't care about keeping their promises to customers, which is pretty disappointing. Overall, I was let down and won't be shopping there again.

Subscription experience
My experience with the subscription service was really frustrating and disappointing. They automatically renewed it without asking me and there were no refunds allowed, as I found out in the fine print of the Terms and Conditions, which made me feel like I got ripped off. On top of that, trying to manage my subscription was a pain because I had to keep going back and forth with emails, which was a huge waste of time. There was one time when the magazine just stopped coming and I couldn't even get my money back, which just proved how little they cared about the customer.

Asher dining table purchase
I bought the Asher dining table from them, but I was pretty let down by the quality. Even though I made sure to tighten all the screws, the table just wasn't stable. Every time I put my laptop on it, the whole thing would wobble because of a weird design issue with how the legs were attached to the top. It was surprising since the table was supposed to be solid oak and cost almost $1000. When I reached out to customer service for help, they said a little wobble was normal for a lightweight table - but that wasn't the case with this table at all. In the end, I had to return it, which was a huge bummer. The return process went okay, but after this experience, I'm not sure I want to buy anything else from them.
