    magazine subscription

    I ordered this really cool magazine subscription from this shop, you know? But oh my gosh, it was a complete disaster! First off, they didn't even respond to my email that I sent forever ago, like seriously, what's up with that? And then, they sent me the wrong issues not just once, not twice, but three times! It was so frustrating, like really, who's running that place?! And when they finally did reply, they didn't even try to fix things. Ugh, I have no other option but to put up with their awful service because there's nowhere else I can get this magazine from. Boo!

    The lady Kasia was so nice when I had questions about this awesome magazine! She responded really quickly and was super friendly.     Late order issue resolved by exceptional customer service

    Recently, I had a problem with an order being late because the distributors had a delay. I contacted customer service and they connected me with a really nice person named Kasia. Even though the delay wasn't their fault, Kasia did everything she could to fix it. She gave me back the money I paid for shipping and made sure the order got to me quickly as soon as it was available. The way they took care of me and gave such great service really makes The Rake stand out from other online stores. I was really impressed with how they handled it and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

    Overpriced disappointment

    The reviews for this place are all over the place - either 5 stars or 1 star, there's no in-between. I unfortunately experienced the negative end of the spectrum and now understand why it's called 'The Rake'. The prices here are insanely high, and the quality doesn't justify it. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze out as much money as they can while deceiving customers. And to top it off, there's no way to get a refund once you realize you've been scammed.

    I just bought some clothes at this store, got four custom-made pieces and one ready-to-wear item. Baptiste, the guy helping me out, was awesome. He made sure everything fit perfectly, which was really cool of him. I also asked for my ready-to-wear item to come faster, and I couldn't believe it when it showed up just two days later. The stuff I got was top quality, especially for the price. My whole shopping experience at The Rake was great, couldn't be happier with what I got.

    The Rake has some awesome brands, but man, their service and logistics are a joke. I've had so many problems trying to get my orders, it's like a constant fight to just get what I paid for. I finally threw in the towel about six months ago after another annoying experience. It's obvious this company is having money troubles, like when I got an email last week about late payments to suppliers. Maybe it's time for them to quit worrying about luxury items and start figuring out how to run a dependable business.

    I just want to give a shoutout to the folks at Rake for always providing amazing customer service. Recently, I had a problem with not receiving my Issue #79 because of some supply chain issues. But let me tell you, Emily really went above and beyond to make things right. She managed to find a copy in Europe and not only sent me Issue #79, but also threw in Issue #80 as a bonus.     OMG you guys, I just got my hands on my new clothes from this place and I am so excited! I was a little nervous at first because of a past bad experience, but this time they really came through for me. I accidentally paid full price for something, but they quickly reimbursed me. And they kept me in the loop about my order the entire time. If they keep delivering this kind of service, I will definitely be a return customer!
