Subscription assistance
I've been a subscriber to The Rake for a while now, and recently ran into an issue when I missed an edition while I was out of town. I'm a bit of a stickler for not missing out on anything, so I knew I had to do something about it. I reached out to the Client Service Team for help, and Mia was a total lifesaver. She gave me some tips on how to place my order properly so I wouldn't end up with two copies of the same issue. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure customers like me have a smooth experience really impressed me. I'm grateful for the personalized help and the effort she put in to avoid any confusion on my part. It's great to know there are people like Mia who really go the extra mile to help customers and make sure we get what we signed up for. Thank you, Mia, for your outstanding service and for making sure I don't miss out on any of the great insights from the founder. I feel a lot better knowing I can always count on The Rake team for support when I need it.
Best luxury clothing online platform
I bought two T-shirts and one leather jacket last month. I was really impressed with the quality they are offering in the current price range.
The rake brand has such an extensive collections of clothing wears ranging from t-shirts to jackets and even sportswear as well.
So that's something really exciting to see where you get luxury with different set of variety and colors within an affordable price.
The quality is still the centre of the products. They also send various other accessories such as eyewear, belts, briefcase, cufflinks and bags as well.
After finding the product in 8 days, I find the packaging quite good and delivery fairly quick.Issue #79 and #80 bundle
I just want to give a shoutout to the folks at Rake for always providing amazing customer service. Recently, I had a problem with not receiving my Issue #79 because of some supply chain issues. But let me tell you, Emily really went above and beyond to make things right. She managed to find a copy in Europe and not only sent me Issue #79, but also threw in Issue #80 as a bonus. That's what I call excellent service! Both magazines arrived just a few weeks later, and I couldn't be happier. Huge thanks to Emily for her exceptional help - she's a true asset to the Rake team.
Bespoke suit purchase
My time at The Rake was amazing. Mrs Kasia gave top-notch service that really stood out. She knew a lot and it showed as soon as I arrived. She was super patient and professional, and her focus on the little things was impressive. Even when we hit a few bumps, Mrs Kasia made sure everything was done right. I was not only impressed by her skills, but also by how well she understood different cultures and how polite she was. Overall, I'd give The Rake an A+ for their excellent service.
Print publication with great photography and well-crafted articles
I just love The Rake's print publication. The photography is absolutely stunning, the articles are so well-written, and I just adore the vintage fashion and lifestyle features. Every page is just a joy to read.
Cool magazine
The lady Kasia was so nice when I had questions about this awesome magazine! She responded really quickly and was super friendly. She even added some personal touches to her messages that made me feel special. This was seriously the best customer service I've had in a while. The Rake should definitely make sure to take good care of her!
MTO and ready to wear purchase
I just bought some clothes at this store, got four custom-made pieces and one ready-to-wear item. Baptiste, the guy helping me out, was awesome. He made sure everything fit perfectly, which was really cool of him. I also asked for my ready-to-wear item to come faster, and I couldn't believe it when it showed up just two days later. The stuff I got was top quality, especially for the price. My whole shopping experience at The Rake was great, couldn't be happier with what I got.
Billing/payment/order issue
I had a billing, payment, and order problem that needed help ASAP. I contacted customer service at The Rake, and I was really happy with how fast and detailed their response was. The rep not only fixed my issue quickly but also gave me a solution that fixed everything in no time. I was so amazed by the great customer service, especially since it was a Saturday. The way The Rake's customer service team handled everything with efficiency and professionalism was really impressive.
Silk tie purchase
My experience with The Rake was really great! I just bought a silk tie and everything went super smoothly like always. The only hiccup was when the shipping company lost my package. But, when I reached out to customer service, Jamie quickly stepped in and saved the day. He was so helpful and got an express delivery arranged to fix the situation. Thanks to Jamie, I got my stuff in just three days. I'm so grateful for Jamie and the awesome customer service team at The Rake.
My new clothes
OMG you guys, I just got my hands on my new clothes from this place and I am so excited! I was a little nervous at first because of a past bad experience, but this time they really came through for me. I accidentally paid full price for something, but they quickly reimbursed me. And they kept me in the loop about my order the entire time. If they keep delivering this kind of service, I will definitely be a return customer!
Recent Online Purchases
I love shopping at The Rake! Their products are top-notch and the service is always amazing. Ordering from them is a breeze, and I always find exactly what I'm looking for. Their clothing, shoes, and accessories are all super high-quality and just ooze elegance and sophistication.
Extra watch strap
I was having a hard time finding an extra watch strap for a recent purchase, but The Rake and Baptiste really came through for me when two other stores couldn't. Baptiste went above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciate the great service.
Subscription assistance
I needed some help with my subscription and couldn't get a hold of anyone through email. But when I asked a question on their website, Andrea got back to me right away and took care of my problem. Andrea has some awesome customer service skills!
Missed issues subscription
I was waiting forever for my new issues from The Rake and thought they got lost or something. So, I reached out and chatted with Mia. She was really nice and told me there was a delay but reassured me that my magazines would be on the way soon. She's the type of person you want handling your stuff, you know?
