Language barrier issue
The person I talked to didn't really understand Italian well, so it was kind of tough to follow along. It took some time and patience, but we eventually sorted out the problem. I suggest making sure that the language skills of the representative match up better with the customer to prevent any communication issues down the road.

I just wanted to say that I bought a sweater from this company and it was amazing! It was exactly like how they described it on their website. The quality was top-notch and it fit me perfectly. I really loved all the little details in the stitching and how well the whole thing was put together. OMG you guys, I just got my hands on my new clothes from this place and I am so excited! I was a little nervous at first because of a past bad experience, but this time they really came through for me. I accidentally paid full price for something, but they quickly reimbursed me.
