Review about: Born Shoes
Defective shoes received
I bought some shoes from this place not too long ago, and when they showed up, they were all messed up in the box. I called customer service to complain, but they didn't really seem to care or understand how I felt. All they said was to send the shoes back, which was pretty disappointing considering this brand is supposed to be all about quality. I was really let down by the whole thing and I hope things improve moving forward.

Dress
I bought a dress from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I paid for it with my credit card, but the dress never showed up. I tried calling, emailing, and even sliding into their DMs on Instagram, but nada. Finally got a response on Insta, but nothing came of it. Still no dress or refund, three months down the line.

Skincare products
I just bought some skincare stuff from this store and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how well they worked. My skin looked and felt so much better after using them just a few times. The people working there really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect products for my skin. Big shoutout to Ann, Belinda, Chloe, and Michelle for being so awesome and helpful. All in all, I had a really great time shopping there and I'll definitely be back for more skincare goodies in the future.

Recent clothing purchase
My recent trip to the store was amazing! The store was set up really well, with everything easy to find among the wide variety of clothes and accessories. The staff there were super nice, easy to talk to, and knew a ton about the products they had. I was impressed by all the different styles and cool designs they had, plus the materials were top-notch. The prices were reasonable, which made shopping there totally enjoyable. I found some great stuff that didn't break the bank but still kept me stylish. Checking out was quick and easy, and my purchase was packed up nicely for me to take home. Overall, my time at the store went above and beyond what I was expecting and I can't wait to go back for more clothes.

Tobacco-flavored liquid
I've been using the tobacco-flavored e-juice from this company since I quit smoking, and it's the only one I use now. I like that it's not too sweet or has that strange vanilla taste that other e-juices tend to have. It's helped me kick the smoking habit for good, and I'm really happy with how good it tastes and the quality of it.
