Faulty product
The product I got from AGORA wasn't working right, which was a bummer, but the customer service I got was top-notch. When I realized the issue, I reached out to customer service and luckily got connected with Mechelle. She really knew her stuff about the product and was super helpful. Mechelle gave me some troubleshooting tips and quickly sent over a return label for the faulty item. However, after sending it back, I didn't hear anything for a while. I ended up sending an email and was surprised when Mechelle actually called me personally to let me know a new product was on its way. Her level of care and attention to detail went above and beyond what I expected. Mechelle's commitment to fixing my problem in a fast and professional way made me feel appreciated as a customer. If only all customer service reps were as great as Mechelle.
Under eye treatment and projector facial machine purchase
I was so impressed by the service at this store. This young guy, we'll call him Simon, came over to me and my friend as we were strolling by the Paris Hotel. He was super friendly and put us at ease right away. When I mentioned my worries about getting older, Simon suggested an under eye treatment that has really made a difference for me. My buddy Steve also had a good time and ended up buying a facial machine to help with our chin and forehead wrinkles. The results have been amazing, and I'm thrilled. Thanks, Simon, for your great advice and for making me feel beautiful!
Facial skincare products
I've been using these facial skincare products for some time now, and I have to say, they've really made a difference. Ever since I started adding them to my daily skincare routine, I've seen a big change in the way my skin looks and feels. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but trust me, they're definitely worth it. The staff has been super helpful and knowledgeable, giving me great advice on how to use the products. I hope my review encourages others to give these products a shot because I truly believe they won't be let down.
Anti-aging eye cream
I just bought this anti-aging eye cream from AGORA, and let me tell you, it totally surprised me! The customer service was top-notch, and I really trusted the product after talking to the salesperson who knew their stuff. After just a few days of using it, I could see a big change in the puffiness and fine lines around my eyes. Even my husband noticed and said I looked more well-rested - that's when you know it's working! I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back to AGORA for all my skincare stuff.

My hoverboard
I recently bought a hoverboard that unexpectedly stopped working on me. Thankfully, when I reached out to customer service, they were super helpful! They responded to my emails quickly, gave me a call, and promptly sent me a replacement hoverboard. The representative I spoke with was extremely friendly and ensured that I was satisfied with my new purchase. I'm very grateful for their support!
Instant results, inspiring others
Nicolas, the guy helping me out, really knew his stuff when it came to the products I was looking at. He gave me some great suggestions too. The treatments worked right away and I'm excited to see how they'll keep helping my skin in the long run. Even my sister, who was a bit unsure at first, was blown away by how good the treatments looked on me and decided to give them a shot too. I'm hopeful that the product I bought will help with my psoriasis, and I'll for sure keep you updated on how it's going.

I just bought some skincare stuff from this store and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how well they worked. My skin looked and felt so much better after using them just a few times. The people working there really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect products for my skin. Big shoutout to Ann, Belinda, Chloe, and Michelle for being so awesome and helpful. All in all, I had a really great time shopping there and I'll definitely be back for more skincare goodies in the future.
Skin care products
I just bought some skin care stuff and let me tell ya, I am seriously blown away by how well it's working. Yeah, the salespeople were a bit too pushy at first, but man, these products are something else. Putting them on felt so fancy and the smell was just lovely. My skin is looking better than ever since I started using them. Like, I can see a real change in my complexion already and I can't wait to watch those pesky fine lines start to fade.
Online order assistance

Average experience at AGORA
My time at AGORA was just ok. The stuff I got was decent, but nothing to write home about. The service was alright, not super helpful but not bad either. I didn't expect much, so I wasn't let down. The delivery went fine, nothing amazing but no big problems either. It was a pretty average experience, no real issues to speak of.
Acne skin struggle
I've been struggling with acne forever it feels like. I tried tons of different skincare products, but nothing did the trick. Then my friend told me to give this brand's products a shot, and I'm so thankful she did! After using them for about six months, my skin has cleared up a lot. I finally found something that works for me. Thank you a million times!
Facial session review
I just had a facial at this place and it was amazing! Ann, the esthetician, was so great - she kept me updated on everything she was doing and explained how it would help my skin. Michelle also gave me some really helpful skincare tips. I can't wait for my next session!

I just tried the sample. It made my skin look younger, fresher. I’m 51 and use to hands model. They have changed over time but, this lotion brought them back to life.
