I've been shopping at A**r* for quite some time now and they always come through for me. Let me tell you, this layered Hamsa pendant I got the other day is top-notch. Cloud PC service
I was really looking forward to trying out this cloud PC service, but it ended up being a letdown. The internet connection in London was super slow, with really high ping times of up to 3000 MS and 400% packet loss even though it was supposed to be fast. The computers they provided were not powerful enough, considering how much they cost, and had trouble running even basic programs smoothly. Constantly getting disconnected and having delays in my actions made it frustrating to use the service. To make matters worse, the customer service wasn't that great. While they were easy to reach and quick to respond, they messed up when I asked to cancel my subscription, leading to unnecessary charges. Overall, this service has potential, but it's just not there yet.

Luckily, I finally got a hold of someone through live chat who helped me with getting my refund sorted out. Even though I was still left in the dark about the status of my return, I was just glad to finally get some help. Overall, the communication during this whole ordeal was lacking and not the best.

Expensive coat purchase
What a bummer! I decided to treat myself to an expensive coat that was supposedly top-notch quality, but it turned out to be a huge waste of money. After just one wash, the down stuffing inside the coat clumped up in some areas and practically disappeared in others, making the coat totally useless. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I've had more luck talking to a brick wall. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand. It's like the worst thing ever - avoid it at all costs. You'd be better off investing in a different brand that won't leave you hanging in the wind.

Bought deodorant and cream
The deodorant and cream I purchased had a really funky scent when I initially applied it. But as my body heated up, the scent faded away, which was a relief. That was probably the only positive thing about it. I got one set for myself and it was decent. But when I ordered another set for my wife, son, and myself for Christmas, things took a turn for the worse. After trying out the new products, my wife and I developed a rash and felt like our skin was on fire wherever we applied the cream and deodorant. We had to stop using it immediately. We ended up tossing everything out after reading more negative reviews. What a waste of money. I definitely wouldn't suggest Lume to anyone. Watch out!
