Recent bedding purchase
I just bought some bedding from Gryphon and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how good it is. The bedspread I got is so luxurious and sturdy, making my sleep super comfy and relaxing. The pillowcases and shams also make my bedroom look extra fancy, and the duvet is so soft and warm, especially on chilly nights. I am really happy with my purchase and I would totally suggest Gryphon to anyone looking for top-notch bedding.

Refund processing experience
I had a really frustrating time trying to contact customer service about my refund. I sent a bunch of emails over a few days and didn't hear back at all. Luckily, I finally got a hold of someone through live chat who helped me with getting my refund sorted out. Even though I was still left in the dark about the status of my return, I was just glad to finally get some help. Overall, the communication during this whole ordeal was lacking and not the best.

moccasins
So, I ordered these cute moccasins online, right? But guess what? They didn't apply my coupon and didn't even give me an order number! Like, what's going on, dude? Then, I tried to cancel it, but there was no button for that on the website. I had to email them, and they said I'd hear back in like a week. By the time they got back to me, my moccasins were already on their way to my house. So, I asked for a refund and a return label, but they only gave me back some of my money! That's really not cool. And when I tried to follow up, they just sent me the same dumb automated response. Ugh, it's so frustrating. BUYER BEWARE, for real.

I bought some car parts and they got here early, which was great! But then I ordered something else, and it ended up being late. Turns out, the Easter weekend threw the delivery schedule off, and they were short on drivers. Oh well, I guess things like that happen sometimes. But, all in all, I've never had any issues.

Bracelet purchases
I've bought a few bracelets from this store, for myself and as gifts. I really like the style and design, they look awesome when I wear them. But I've had some trouble with the charms not being very sturdy. I've lost three charms already, one that was a gift, and even though I have a tracking card for my purchases, the store won't help me replace them. The wire holding the charms on seems weak and needs to be stronger to avoid more losses. Even though I like how the bracelets look, the lack of durability makes me nervous about wearing them often.

Expensive coat purchase
What a bummer! I decided to treat myself to an expensive coat that was supposedly top-notch quality, but it turned out to be a huge waste of money. After just one wash, the down stuffing inside the coat clumped up in some areas and practically disappeared in others, making the coat totally useless. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I've had more luck talking to a brick wall. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand. It's like the worst thing ever - avoid it at all costs. You'd be better off investing in a different brand that won't leave you hanging in the wind.

I ordered from this store for the first time and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The shoes were exactly what I wanted and the quality was excellent. Tiny shoes, wide and short
These shoes are like, so small! They fit so wide but are way too short for my feet. I wanted to send them back because they weren't right, but no one ever got back to me, even though they were brand new in the box! The customer service here is terrible and they never answer.

Bought deodorant and cream
The deodorant and cream I purchased had a really funky scent when I initially applied it. But as my body heated up, the scent faded away, which was a relief. That was probably the only positive thing about it. I got one set for myself and it was decent. But when I ordered another set for my wife, son, and myself for Christmas, things took a turn for the worse. After trying out the new products, my wife and I developed a rash and felt like our skin was on fire wherever we applied the cream and deodorant. We had to stop using it immediately. We ended up tossing everything out after reading more negative reviews. What a waste of money. I definitely wouldn't suggest Lume to anyone. Watch out!
