To my greatest surprise when I contacted a group of cyber support team, and this team granted my request just as I wanted it. You don't need to worry because in my own time I thought I could not get result but SHAW was able to helped me. And I promised them that I will refer them to as many that need their ℅100 service with guaranteed.

    Skiing equipment purchase

    As someone who loves skiing, I just bought a new set of skiing gear from your company and I gotta say, the quality totally blew me away. The materials are top-notch, durable, and really stand up to tough conditions on the slopes. Plus, the design is super sleek and stylish, so I definitely look fly out there on the mountain. And shoutout to the customer service team - they were so helpful and knew their stuff, answering all my questions quickly and effectively.     Bought a bag online

    I recently ordered a bag online, but then I had second thoughts and decided I didn't really want it. So, I called customer service to cancel the order. The woman on the phone mentioned that she couldn't promise it'd be canceled immediately because it had to go through an email process to the warehouse. She mentioned that she'd done all she could to assist me and then ended the call with an "umhmm." It was kind of frustrating, you know? I mean, shouldn't it be easy to cancel an order right after you place it?

    I went and got some base layers from this really cool store. I initially wanted the men's one, but it just didn't fit me right. I had to go back and exchange it for the women's version, which was a bit frustrating. I had to do the whole return, purchase the new one, and then contact the store to get some money back for the restocking fee. It was kind of a hassle, but luckily the customer service was really good and they helped me out in the end.

    Woman's sweater purchase

    I bought this great woman's sweater from a Facebook ad that was offering a 50% discount. When I got charged full price, I contacted Spyder and they fixed it right away. The customer service was awesome and they gave me the discount. The sweater is top-notch quality, just like I expected from Spyder as a repeat customer. I'd totally suggest going straight to Spyder for an easy shopping experience.

    Ski pants purchase

    I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by my recent purchase of ski pants from this store. Even though I ordered them early, the delivery took forever, and when they finally arrived, they were way smaller than I expected. Then, when I tried to return or exchange them, they hit me with a no-return policy I didn't know about. Not cool. I paid a hefty price for those pants, so the lack of transparency is just not okay.

    Ski pants purchase

    I recently splurged on a pair of ski pants that ended up being pretty pricey. Unfortunately, they got a hole in the crotch after only two days of wear. I tried contacting their customer service using their Zendesk help desk, but never heard back from them. The response I did get asked for RMA details, but then they just closed the ticket without actually fixing the issue. I'm super let down by their poor customer service and lack of follow-up. Definitely won't be buying from them in the future.

    Snowsuit purchase

    My recent experience with this company really let me down. I spent $80 on shipping and still haven't gotten a refund for the snowsuit that never showed up. And on top of that, their customer service feels like talking to a robot - leaving me feeling ignored and annoyed. It's just not right to treat customers like this, so I'm definitely going to tell others about my bad experience.

    I recently bought something online from this company and ended up getting the wrong order, which was a bummer. To top it off, now they want me to deal with all the paperwork and costs to return the stuff they sent me by mistake. And get this - they even suggested I fudge the numbers on the customs form when sending it back. Can you believe that?

    I recently bought a jacket from this brand and it ended up being a bummer. The quality of the jacket was pretty bad, since it started falling apart after I barely even wore it. The pockets started coming off and the zippers looked beat up. When I contacted customer service, they weren't much help at all. They just wanted proof of purchase and warranty info, which didn't even apply since I got it during Covid. Even when I showed them labels that proved the jacket was still pretty new, they weren't willing to work with me. It was really disappointing to see a brand known for its good reputation drop the ball like this. In my experience, other high-end brands really value good customer service, unlike my experience with Spyder. Luckily, there are plenty of other options out there that care about customer satisfaction and product quality.

    Winter hat purchase

    I recently bought a winter hat online and had a pretty bad experience with the customer service. I ordered the hat on December 9th, but the status stayed "in progress" for over a week. Worried about getting it before Christmas, I reached out to customer service for updates. They said they'd check with the warehouse and let me know, but the next day I got an email saying my order was cancelled. It was a bummer because I had planned to give it as a present. Overall, I was really disappointed with how the company communicated and handled things, and it definitely changed how I feel about their products.

    Delayed shipping from Vancouver to Langley

    I ordered something from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was pretty bummed at how long it took to ship from Vancouver to Langley. The product itself was okay, but the customer service was seriously lacking. It ended up being a big waste of time. So, if you need something quick, I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

    Ski jacket order mishap

    I just ordered a ski jacket, but then I realized pretty quickly that I needed to change the size. So, I reached out to customer service, but I got disconnected and only got an automated email saying they couldn't make changes to the order. It was super frustrating and disappointing because all I wanted was to get the right size jacket. I was hoping for a more personal touch to help sort this out, but now I've got a jacket that doesn't fit. This whole thing has me feeling wary about buying from them again.

    Winter jacket review

    So I got this awesome winter jacket for Christmas and I was super pumped to wear it. But then the dang zipper broke and I was so ticked off! Had to send it back to get it fixed, and let me tell you, they totally messed it up the first time. I had to send them pictures and everything just to finally get it fixed right. But then they went and sent it back to the wrong address, and guess what? It got swiped! They said they'd send me a replacement, but man, it was nowhere near as good as my original jacket. I've been trying to reach out to them for like 7 months now and they won't even bother to respond. It's driving me crazy!
