Automotive parts
I have to be honest, I wasn't very impressed with the way this company handled the delivery of my order. Even though they quickly sent out the item, I was bummed to discover that it was being shipped through Parcelforce, meaning I'd have to wait 4 days to get it. I felt like such a small item could have been sent using 1st class Royal Mail for a faster delivery. It just felt like they weren't thinking about the customer's time and convenience. I was hoping for better service from a company of this caliber.
Car parts accessories
I recently bought some accessories for my car from this store and I was really happy with the good quality products they had. They had a lot of options to choose from and it was easy to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the first product I picked didn't work for my car. But the return process was super easy and the customer service folks were really helpful and quick to help me out. They even gave me some tips on other products that might work better for me. The delivery was fast too, and everything was well-packed so my items arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I was really impressed with the great service and easy shopping experience at this store.
Race suit return

I recently bought a quick release steering wheel from this store, and man, when the package came, I was so bummed. All the nuts, washers, and bolts were just chillin' loose in the box, not in a bag or anything. It seemed like they just tossed 'em in there, you know? I bought some car parts not long ago and ran into some delays with my order. I placed it on a Friday, but by the next Tuesday, I still hadn't heard anything. Turns out, the delay was because of a holiday weekend, which I totally get, but it would've been nice to know beforehand. Luckily, the customer service team was quick to respond and let me know that my stuff would be sent out that day. All in all, the service was pretty good and I'd be open to using them again down the line.

I've been coming to this place for years and they never let me down. Their service is excellent and I always get my orders in no time. I just got a new tire package for my BMW R1250rs Pirelli Angel St, and even with the cost of fitting and balancing, it was a great deal. Other garages couldn't even compete. If they keep those prices low, I'll definitely be back for more!
Ordered car parts
I bought some car parts and they got here early, which was great! But then I ordered something else, and it ended up being late. Turns out, the Easter weekend threw the delivery schedule off, and they were short on drivers. Oh well, I guess things like that happen sometimes. But, all in all, I've never had any issues.

I got this awesome jacket for my car from Demon Tweeks, but when I called in with a question, the salespeople were pretty rude and didn't have the right answer. They ended up transferring me to a different department, and those folks said that the salespeople had it all wrong. What a mix-up!

I was so excited when my parts arrived exactly as I ordered them, yay! But, man, the shipping was a complete mess. The package took a detour from Wrexham to North Essex instead of coming straight to Staffordshire where I live. So frustrating! I really hope they change the delivery service soon.
