I said, at this time I dispute the validity of the bill. I asked her to send me a copy of the itemized statement and I'd call her back after reviewing and that I believe I have 30 days to review before further action by collections. She never got short, snippy or angry. Then I googled the lab and found this ... site with same stories.

I bought some dog crocs for my dogs feet for when he is around the pool because he wares his nails and paws down so bad they bleed these are amazing. I would highly recommend them. My dog seems fine and they fit perfect.

Carrie LED Lamp
I was a fan of Design Milk until I placed my first order with them.
I ordered a portable LED lamp on April 1st. It did not arrive until June 2nd and even then was in the wrong color. There was virtually no communication or replies to questions during the 8 weeks wait. Design Milk also charged me in full months before fulfilling the order.
Unfortunately, I don't think Design Milk is able to handle retail at this time. I would avoid it at all costs if you care about timely delivery, accurate fulfillment and responsible customer service.Collar, harness, lead and travel bed
I placed an order from two different stores from design milk. The one store had a shipping fee associated to the items for the collar, harness and lead. I also ordered an travel blanket with no shipping fee associated to it.
Design milk cancelled the collar, harness and lead, and refunded these items, however not the shipping fee. I have tried contacting them several times since and have sent screenshots proving the shipping should not be included with the 1 item I still have coming. I have received no response since.Furniture
