Reliable, Affordable, Convenient
I've been a client of Charli for over a year now and I can honestly say that I'm thoroughly impressed with their services. The process of ordering through their website is seamless and hassle-free. The delivery time is quick and efficient, and the quality of the products I've received has always been top-notch.
Charli's customer service is also exceptional. Whenever I've had a question or concern, their support team has been prompt and helpful in resolving it. They truly care about their clients and it shows in their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond.

I recently bought two sweaters and a shirt from here and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was super quick, which I totally appreciated. The quality of the items was awesome and the colors were exactly as shown online. The one thing that bugged me though was the scratchy labels at the back of the sweaters' necks. Once I got rid of them, the sweaters were super soft and comfy to wear. My only issue is that I wish they were a bit longer, but that's just my personal preference. I've been layering them with longer shirts and they look great like that. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I'm already checking out more stuff on the website.

This company is amazing! I just love their stuff - it's so comfy and high-quality. I've been telling everyone about them, even my friends overseas! The Maddie shirt in navy, Maya shirt in jeans blue, Ligia shirt in French toile, poppy sweater in ivory, wrap over in lilac (although they're sold out), and cream poncho are all gorgeous. The fit is perfect, the materials are amazing, and I always feel so fancy wearing them. The only thing is, the poppy sweater is a little big around the neck, but I still think it's worth it. I'm already thinking about my next order from their spring collection, I can't wait to see what new stuff they have in store!

Oh my gosh, I just had to share how much I love this store now! I recently bought the most adorable dress and co-ord set and they fit me perfectly, seriously! They are also incredibly comfy, I could wear them all day long. And everyone keeps telling me how beautiful the colors are. Basically, I'm feeling like a fashion queen now.
Then I made a second order and it arrived super fast, like lightning speed. And the items were just as amazing as the first order, like how do they do it?! Plus, the prices are really good too, I feel like I scored a great deal. This store is definitely my new favorite, no joke!Clothing

Most of the stuff I got from here was super good, but man, that knit skirt I bought was a bust. After washing it, it looks all beat up now. I think they should definitely add some ballet wrap knits to their collection, I bet a lot of folks would be into that. It'd be cool if they had some kind of loyalty program or discounts for repeat customers too. And to be real, using their Shopify platform wasn't the smoothest experience, left me kinda feeling let down, you know?
Discount Code Application
I just bought something online and got a nice surprise - they sent me a 10% off code because I signed up for their newsletter. But then I got a little confused about how to use the code. I had to reach out to customer service to make sure it would work for my order, and they said it would. The customer service was helpful in the end, but I think they could have made it easier from the start to know how to use the discount code.
Vacation clothing purchase
I just bought something for my vacation, but it showed up late and didn't fit like I thought it would. On top of that, they charged me way too much for shipping. And to make things even worse, the customer service was not helpful at all, almost rude. All in all, my experience with this company has been super disappointing.
Cute hoodie
Oh my gosh, I just adore ordering from this place! I recently bought this really cute hoodie that arrived right on schedule and was all nicely wrapped up. It's seriously the cutest thing ever and great for those cool summer nights when you want to be stylish and cozy. This store is totally my favorite, they always have the coolest stuff and never disappoint me.
Knitwear purchase
I just found this cool knitwear store and bought three pieces from them. They all came real quick and I gotta say, they're top-notch in terms of quality, style, and colors. One of the items wasn't exactly the right shade I was hoping for, but returning it was easy peasy, and I got my money back super fast. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!

I bought some clothes that were okay, but when I tried to return them, it was a mess. Nobody ever answered the phone or called me back, and the so-called "customer service manager" was really rude and not helpful at all. It was totally not okay and now I'm thinking twice about shopping there again. I would tell others to watch out for that kind of terrible customer service in the future.
Alexa asymmetric jumper in moonbeam
I recently got the Alexa asymmetric jumper in moonbeam from this store. Customer service was good, but I had a hard time getting a hold of them by phone. Luckily, Camilla was really nice and helpful when I finally reached out by email. The jumper looks nice, but for $120, I was hoping for better quality material. It's made of sheer polyester and feels a bit like a towel to me. Still, I think it's cute and I'll just wear it around the house. If you're in London, I suggest checking it out in person so it's easier to return if necessary.

Oh my gosh, I just bought from here for the first time and I was super impressed! The stuff I got was absolutely top-notch quality and now I definitely want to buy more. Seriously, it's a solid 10 out of 10!
Lovely jumper
The jumper is really great quality, super soft and doesn't itch at all. It fits nicely and keeps me warm on chilly days. I'm so happy with my purchase! I usually wear a UK size 10-12 and the jumper has a slightly oversized style, but it's just right.
Long cream cardigan and midi grey skirt
I was super happy with the website because it was so easy to find what I was looking for. After looking around for a bit, I finally found the perfect long cream cardigan and midi grey skirt. The service was great too, with good communication and the delivery was quick. Overall, I didn't have any problems and I would definitely shop here again.
Clothing return experience
I would definitely think twice before ordering from here again. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. First, I had to pay for the delivery, then when I returned the item, they took out the original delivery charge AGAIN from my refund. When I reached out to customer service to ask why, they just pointed me towards their terms and conditions and said it was their policy to deduct the delivery charge. They even went on to justify the high return charge by saying they didn't want to penalize customers who didn't return items. I couldn't believe it. This whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I only returned the item because it was poor quality. It's sad to see that Charli's customer service and product quality has gone downhill. I definitely won't be shopping here again.
