I bought a pair of sandals not too long ago, but still haven't gotten them in the mail. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but haven't heard back at all – not even about getting a refund for the sandals I never got. Their lack of communication and customer service has been really disappointing.

Ticket Purchasing Experience
My experience buying tickets from this company was seriously annoying. I was all set to grab my tickets after waiting in line, but then the whole system crashed on me. I lost my original order and had to end up paying more for the same tickets. On top of that, nobody really communicated with me or offered any real help when I complained. Total letdown, if you ask me.
