Review about: Lightailing
Star Wars Lego light set
I just got some lights for my Star Wars Lego set from this company. Let me tell you, these lights really bring the whole thing to life and make building and showing it off way more fun. But when I first got the lights, I found out that a couple of them were broken. Even though that was a bummer, I gotta say, the customer service from this company was top-notch. They got back to me real quick when I emailed them and promised to send me new lights to replace the broken ones. I was really impressed with how they handled everything so smoothly and quickly.

Wow, this company is amazing! I ordered the wrong size leggings, but they sent me a replacement real fast without making me send back the first one. I was surprised at how awesome their customer service was. Companies that actually care about their customers are hard to come by. Thank you, Proozy!

I just bought something online from this store and it was pretty good. The website was a little buggy, but I still managed to get what I needed. The package showed up on time and was just like how it was described online. It's nice being able to shop online, especially with everything going on right now. I'm satisfied with my purchase and would think about shopping here again.

Weed, gummies, and a cool sticker
I got some weed and gummies from Drippy Amsterdam and man, they were amazing! They even threw in a sweet sticker with my order. I've ordered from them a couple times now and the delivery is fast and I can track it, so I always know when to expect it. The customer service is really great too, they answered all my questions and made sure everything was good to go. I really enjoy ordering from them, the products are high quality and the packaging is awesome - it feels like a little gift each time. Huge thanks to Drippy Amsterdam!

Universal Studios Japan Express pass purchase
I just bought the Universal Studios Japan Express pass and man, was I bummed out. Turns out one of the rides included in the pass was closed on the day I went. The vouchers I got clearly said the ride we wanted to go on was closed, and if I had known that ahead of time, I wouldn't have bothered with the pass. So I hit up customer service right after I found out, but they basically told me tough luck. It's really annoying to deal with this kind of misleading advertising, especially when they promise a major attraction but it's not even available.

Perfume sampler
I recently bought a perfume sampler from this company, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The pumps on the bottles were all wonky, which made the scent leak out all over the place. And when I finally got a whiff of the fragrances, I was underwhelmed to say the least. That Aventus for her scent? Yikes, not my cup of tea at all. Black in Love and White in Love weren't much better either, one smelled like bug spray and the other like cleaning supplies. Maybe these scents are a hit with the upper crust, but as an average American shopper, they just didn't do it for me. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund, the company said no dice. So there I was, out $71.01 for some pretty mediocre stuff. I had higher hopes for a company with such a big name, but they really let me down. I won't be giving them any more of my business, that's for sure.

cute clothes that fit so well
Oh my gosh, I just had to share how much I love this store now! I recently bought the most adorable dress and co-ord set and they fit me perfectly, seriously! They are also incredibly comfy, I could wear them all day long. And everyone keeps telling me how beautiful the colors are. Basically, I'm feeling like a fashion queen now.
Then I made a second order and it arrived super fast, like lightning speed. And the items were just as amazing as the first order, like how do they do it?! coach wallet
I purchased few items including a coach wallet. Never received the wallet. I tried reaching out to Shops premium outlet only to be told they cannot do anything because FedEx showed it was delivered. I went back and forth with 4 different person, and they still refuse to send me my purchase or give me a refund. Now I'm taking a loss. You are taking a risk when you order with shops premium outlet, because they don't guarantee your order will reach you. And you will be taking a loss. They are quick to dismiss you when there is a problem. I want to return all my items I purchased through them but are afraid they might say they didn't get my returns. Then I will be out more money. THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I unsubscribed to their email and blocked them on my phone. THE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

I purchased Moon Phase for my college- age granddaughter; had her name engraved on the back; she loved it!! Trendy, affordable, just lovely.
