Luxury bag purchase
I made a bad call by buying a fancy bag from Shop Premium Outlets. The bag was said to come from a certain seller, but when it arrived, there was nothing in it. What's worse, the package came from another country and had incorrect info on it - said it was a Gucci bag, but it clearly wasn't. The lack of security measures probably means the product got messed with during shipping, making it a real letdown and a waste of money for me as a customer.
Authentic designer sunglasses
At first, I was kind of nervous about buying something from this store because I saw some bad reviews online talking about fake stuff being sold. But I decided to go for it and bought a pair of designer sunglasses that were on sale for a really good deal. To my surprise, my order came quickly, and the sunglasses were real! The customer service was great too, with the staff being super nice and helpful the whole time I was shopping. Overall, I was really happy with my purchase and would definitely tell others to check out this store.
Shoes and accessories
Shop Premium Outlets is a really awesome place to shop for all kinds of stuff from different brands. The customer service is top-notch, with employees there to help and take care of any problems that come up. The prices are good and they often have sales and discounts. It's just a fantastic shopping spot for getting shoes and accessories.
Luxury sunglasses purchase
My experience at Shop Premium Outlets was really disappointing. I bought 7 pairs of fancy sunglasses for almost $1000. They split my order into two deliveries, and 6 pairs came through UPS with no problems. But the 7th pair sent by USPS never showed up. When I reached out to the store for help, they basically left me hanging. USPS said they delivered the package, but there was no follow-up to figure out what happened. The store didn't try to fix the situation or help me at all. This kind of customer service is not okay, especially when you're spending so much on luxury items. It's frustrating to have a store ignore a missing item and not even try to make it right. I've lost trust in them and won't be shopping there again.
Shoes and clothing purchase
I went to Shop Premium Outlets and they had a good selection of shoes and clothes, but I was kind of let down by the customer service. The prices were fair, which was nice. But when I tried to order a couple things, I had trouble with the website. It was hard to figure out, so I reached out to customer service. They weren't much help and pointed me to a chatbot, which was no better. It wasn't very helpful and I couldn't get my issue resolved. To top it off, my order came late, making me even more disappointed with my whole shopping experience at Shop Premium Outlets.
Shoes and accessories
This place is a scam. All shoes I ordered are defective. There is a limit for returning items even if they charge you $4.95 per item for the FedEx shipping label, due to it goes to different locations. All chats including emails are uniformed replies generated by AI or chatbot. They sell you defective un-returnable items. What a waste of money and time!

Just read above all commends which i wish I did before buying Premium OUtlets Online. My shipment has never arrive, then they madeup lies one after another and conflicting back and fourth. This is the worse online shopping experience I ever had.
Luxury purses purchased online
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE! I recently purchased a gucci bookbag and a louis vuitton purse that they claim to be real but it is 100% FAKE! They did not resolve my issue and would not give a refund so I am now in the process of consulting for legal help so no one else gets taken advantage of because this company is a COMPLETE FRAUD! STAY AWAY! I would give zero stars if I could!
Adjustable Tie Shoulder Surplice Romper in Lavender
I’ve spent more the 4 figures at Shop Premium Outlets the past two months (refreshing my wardrobe). I purchased one item final sale, I was sure it would fit. It arrived in a non-descript bubble envelope, from a different retailer, as the other items rolled in it became apparent to me that once you place the order, many of the items are actually dropshipped from a different entity. In this case, the item arrived used. I wrote to explain that I was fine with final sale, for a brand new item, but this item was not that. It was used to the point thag I did not even feel comfortable trying it on (I could SMELL the garment before I even opened the bubble wrapped envelope). The customer service person responding (via email) directed me to their return policy on the website and said too bad ::insert-shoulder-shrug:: I do MOST of my shopping online, and I shop A LOT. I have had a similar issue with other seconds retailers (i.e. Amazon, Sierra, TJ Maxx, GILT, even Poshmark where an item is described as NWT, but has been worn), as TONS of people wear things and return them and then the retailer turns around and ship it back out, in an attempt to pass it off as new (final sale) to a different customer. Every single one of them has honored that scenario and done the right thing by either granting a return or issuing a refund without need for return. Gross situation, gross customer service, I will continue to pursue up the chain of command but don’t have much hope and am pretty discouraged from shopping there again in the future. I will stick to the places with comparable deals for name brand items AND reasonable customer service policies.
Valentino Silk Skirt
Bait and switch seller. I received a pair of cheap canvas shorts rather than the beautiful Valentino silk skirt that I ordered. Seller refused to offer refund, instead trying to get me to jump thru ridiculous hoops and incur further costs by requiring to pay packaging and return shipping costs. I will never shop here again.
Adidas clothes/shoes
I am beyond angry with this company. My order should've been here already and its not. A pair of sneakers was sent but now a delay in AL. And my other part of order says Label Created. It's been 3 weeks already. Nothing. I've reached out NUMEROUS times and they still said that they're contacting the appropriate vendor and it will take 3 business days. I'm over it. Total ... Won't even give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
cashmere wrap
I bought a $120 cashmere wrap. after 6months and maybe 3 uses the cashmere starting ripping and almost fell apart. The customer service was a automated answer. awful process and didn't get any type of refund or credit for garbage that was being sold as premium cashmere
Valentino Silk Skirt
After waiting weeks for my item and ignoring my correspondence, instead of the high price/value item I ordered, they sent me a cheap pair of shorts. Round and round with PayPal trying to get a refund for weeks now, looks like I learned an expensive lesson never to shop with them again.
UGG Shoes
They sent me the wrong size shoes in a box with the wrong size. Not only that, the shoes were not new, they were also damaged. I could not return them.
coach wallet
I purchased few items including a coach wallet. Never received the wallet. I tried reaching out to Shops premium outlet only to be told they cannot do anything because FedEx showed it was delivered. I went back and forth with 4 different person, and they still refuse to send me my purchase or give me a refund. Now I'm taking a loss. You are taking a risk when you order with shops premium outlet, because they don't guarantee your order will reach you. And you will be taking a loss. They are quick to dismiss you when there is a problem. I want to return all my items I purchased through them but are afraid they might say they didn't get my returns. Then I will be out more money. THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I unsubscribed to their email and blocked them on my phone. THE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Black Johnny Was embroidered pants
Ordered the cutest Johnny Was slim, cropped, embroidered pants for a trip I'm going on in two weeks. They sent me oversized, very large legged, black silk pajama-like pants with elastic waist. When I tried to get the correct pants mailed while I returned the wrong ones, they said they were all out. The pants are still on the website. How many others has this happened too?

THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. I placed an order on 8/27, the confirmation email said the expected delivery is 5 to 9 days. Today is 9/10 and I dont have a tracking number, I wrote four times and the customer service said I cant cancel the order and they dont know when my order will be shipped. Im very frustrated. I dont have my money back.
