Log cabin stay near Kielder bike park
I really liked how close the cabin was to Kielder bike park. It had all the things we needed, plus a super clean hot tub. Just a heads up though, those midges can be a pain - make sure to pack some citronella to keep them away. I totally suggest staying at this place in Northumberland.

Online order, multiple charges
I decided to try out this online store, and man, was it a mistake. I placed an order and their system ended up charging me three times for the same thing. I contacted them right away to get a refund for the extra charges, but it was like pulling teeth. I had to wait for all three orders to show up, then deal with the headache of printing labels and sending them back through USPS. It was a total hassle. And even after waiting for weeks, I only got two of the refunds. Their customer service is basically non-existent - I tried reaching out multiple times and got no response. It feels like they couldn't care less about their customers or their system issues. Sure, the clothes are cute, but the stress and inconvenience aren't worth it. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

I recently decided to give a subscription flower delivery service a try because they were having a deal for first-time customers. The process of ordering was easy, but I wasn't too happy when I found out about sneaky shipping charges that were not clear until I had already given my credit card details. The high shipping costs surprised me, and the only way to cancel my order was through email, which I didn't really like. Also, it was tough to get in touch with customer support because there was no phone number or chat option on my phone. Although I did get my money back eventually, the whole thing left me feeling annoyed and unsatisfied. I doubt I'll use this service again because the pricing was unclear and it was hard to reach customer service.

Animal-themed bracelets
I got three bracelets with animals on them as birthday presents for my fam - one with a sloth, one with a shark, and one with a dolphin. So far it's been fun to follow these animals around, but the sloth bracelet actually broke from just regular wear and tear. Lucky for us, the customer service team got back to us fast and is sending a replacement bracelet. All in all, I'm glad to be backing up what they're all about.

Multiple Virtual 5K Medals
Unfortunately this company is not on the BBB website. If they were I'd be filing a complaint there. I ordered 3 medals. Did I receive them all? Yes, but waiting 6+ months to finally have a generically made medal sent to you is absurd. The company is misleading about the timeframe of delivery and their communication with customers is horrible. I will never buy from them again and in my case the medals were intended as a gift and it left my family embarrassed. Virtual Run is the definition of shady and scummy.
