    I got this car from Finn auto because it was a really good deal, but man, when I gave it back, they hit me with a bill of over $3000 for these tiny scratches you could hardly see. It was just awful, seriously. They found scratches all over that car, even in spots I never even noticed before. I thought my car was flawless, but apparently not according to Finn. Such a scam, I can't believe they pulled this on someone like me. And now they won't even answer my emails. Ugh, definitely the worst experience ever.

    The process was super easy. The prices were fair for what I got. The car I ended up with was practically fresh off the lot, only had 7 miles on it when I picked it up. My only issue is that they're not too lenient with the lease terms, and ending early is a hassle with strict rules. Also, no navigation in a 2023 SUV is kind of a bummer. But all in all, I'd still recommend them to my buddies.

    I had a really bad experience with the American office of this business. They made me wait a long time for the car I ordered, and when I finally got it, it was a mess. There were bird droppings inside, which was gross and showed they didn't take care of it. On top of that, they messed up some paperwork, causing me legal problems later on. The company wasn't great at communicating either, giving me mixed messages and not acting professional at all. The prices were all over the place, and the service was just plain bad.
