Overpriced blazer
I bought this super expensive blazer from that store not too long ago, and man, was I let down. The quality was just not there, especially for the steep price. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was terrible. The folks working there were no help at all and didn't even seem to care about my issues. Plus, the sizing was way off, and trying to exchange it was a nightmare thanks to the rude staff. Total waste of my time and money, for sure.

My time at GNC was pretty disappointing. The folks working there didn't seem very knowledgeable or helpful when it came to helping customers find the right stuff. They were more interested in selling their own products than actually assisting people. I was hoping for a good selection of quality items in the store, but it was pretty limited. The best stuff was only online. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took forever! Overall, my GNC experience wasn't great and I'll be looking elsewhere for my supplements from now on.

The products themselves were actually really good. I would totally recommend them. But man, let me tell you, dealing with customer service was a nightmare. The person I talked to seemed new and didn't really know how to help me out. Then when I tried to chat with another rep online, they told me I couldn't get a referral reward because I used a different shipping address. I tried to explain that stuff always goes missing from my building, but they said it was some system thing they couldn't change. The chat just ended all of a sudden, and I felt like they were blowing me off. Honestly, my calls and emails with customer service were all a big waste of time. I think I'm gonna stick to Amazon next time I need to buy something online.

Cancelled order without reason
I had a super frustrating situation with an online purchase I made from this brand. So, I ordered some stuff on their website, paid for everything, and even the shipping cost. Thought everything was good to go when I got a message saying my order was on its way. But would you believe, just 2 days later, I found out they actually cancelled my order without telling me anything beforehand! The worst part is, the items I wanted were still available, so I have no clue why they canceled it. And on top of that, I never got my shipping money back. I tried reaching out to customer service to get some answers, but no luck so far. The lack of communication and random cancellation totally soured my shopping experience.

It was so annoying that the company couldn't lend a hand in getting my rug to me.

Basic flow for simple calculations
The flow has some serious limitations in what it can do with calculations – just very basic stuff. When I tried it out, I ran into this super frustrating problem where it would keep repeating messages and wouldn’t ask me for all the info needed to finish a calculation. It only wanted the first number and then jumped straight to the end, so I couldn’t get the job done right. Since it doesn't work so great and is badly designed, it's pretty useless for what it's supposed to do. And to top it off, the company doesn’t even bother to respond to my questions. Basically, dealing with this product has been a total waste of my time and energy because it’s a pain to figure out and use on my own.

This dress had so much promise, but man, the quality was a total disappointment. I got the Harlowe dress and wore it once, and boom, over 24 rhinestone buttons popped off. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they pretty much told me too bad because I didn't buy it straight from them. Not cool, right? They wouldn't even hook me up with info on where to snag replacement buttons. Not cool at all. I mean, come on, I was hoping for better quality and service from a brand like this.

My experience with the airline sucked. I booked a premium economy seat but got bumped down to regular economy because of a plane change. I get that things happen, but what really bugged me was not getting any sort of compensation for the downgrade. My experience with Illumeo has been pretty good overall. There are so many different courses and webinars to choose from, which makes it really simple to find stuff that's useful for me. The classes are organized well and easy to understand, so it's convenient for me to earn credits. But one thing that needs some work is the compliance monitor. It just takes too darn long for it to get updated, so I have to figure out my credits on my own for a big chunk of the year. I mean, if it's supposed to be a perk, it should get updated quicker, right?
