Wow, I came across this really awesome blazer online but they didn't ship to my country, so I had to go to the brand's website and order from there. It was really simple and my blazer got here really quickly with DHL. The clothes are great quality and the styles are so stylish and cool. I'm excited for their new releases and I'll definitely be telling all my friends about this brand!
Material quality, inaccurate website image, expensive return
I was really bummed out about my purchase from Touche Prive. For one thing, the materials they used for the product weren't up to par with what I was expecting. And to top it off, the shirt I got looked totally different in color and design from what was shown on the website. And then, to make matters worse, I was shocked to find out that I had to cough up 20€ just to return the package. All in all, my whole experience was pretty disappointing.
Amazing quality products
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the awesome quality of the stuff I bought from this company. Everyone keeps giving me mad compliments when I wear their clothes. And it's not just the products that rock, the customer service is seriously top-notch. The delivery came really quick, and they shipped it out right away, so that was awesome. But honestly, I was kind of bummed out about the dresses. They were a lot thinner than I was hoping for, definitely better for a warmer place than where I'm at. I even used the filters for the season when I ordered, but they still ended up being too lightweight for the cold where I live. It's my fault, should've checked where they were made - turns out, it's from a warmer country.
