I opened the box on my couch, thinking I'd get the full kit the pictures showed. Instead I got the stripped-down version — which actually feels decent. The bands are thick, the handles have a nice grippy texture, and the build doesn't scream cheap when you start using it. Still, it was annoying to find out key add-ons were missing; I kept glancing at the photos and wondering why mine didn't match. I tried to sort it out with customer service. At first they were defensive and kind of brushed me off, said the description covered it — which, yeah, technically — but that didn't stop me being annoyed. After some back-and-forth they updated the images and offered a small credit, so I kept it. If you're buying, double-check what's included; maybe message them first. Overall usable gear, just wish the listing had been honest from the start.
Buried but usable
the workout itself was solid and easy to follow. It’s not a clean experience, and the paywall is annoying, but once you find content it does what it should.
Boxed hope, messy follow-up
I was halfway through unboxing the replacement when it hit me how weird this whole thing turned out. First shipment showed up dented and some pieces were bent, so they sent a replacement pretty quickly — that part actually surprised me and for a second I thought, okay, maybe they'll sort it. Used it twice, realized it didn’t sit right with my health situation, so I tried to get a refund within the 30 days. Cue the runaround. Customer service insists the item has to be “unused,” which is nonsense if you read their own policy that says “new condition with original packaging” and also promises a 30- or even 99-day money-back guarantee. Which is it? They contradict themselves and then cling to the stricter interpretation. I’ve dealt with returns at other companies that were way more reasonable — a quick call, a label, done. Here I get automated replies and back-and-forth emails that go nowhere. To be fair, the replacement arrived faster than I expected and the packing was decent, so that was a small relief. But the refund experience soured everything. Mildly irritated is an understatement; disappointed is closer. They could fix this with clearer terms and someone who can actually make decisions. Until they do, I wouldn’t risk buying from them if you think you might need to return it.
Cleared up, mostly useful
solid resistance, simple setup, predictable movement. If you were hoping for a bunch of leg routines, don’t expect much — that’s a design limit, not my lack of imagination. The app is decent but gated; a bunch of features are locked behind extra screens or subscriptions and I had to hunt around to figure out basic navigation, which was annoying. Customer service did help with the app glitches early on, which I appreciated, so credit where it's due. My advice: check which version you're buying and ask questions up front. Overall I'm glad I went for it, it's been useful and reliable so far. Worth considering if you want upper-body focus though.
Surprisingly dependable
It's solid, thought it'd be meh, set up fast for my home office.
Handy pick
Solid battery—use it every morning commute, really helps, no fuss.
Saw it, tried it
Friend recommended; I doubted, now mostly happy, small flaw
Realized it worked
Started using the band and bar set yesterday for a home session; first impression was 'solid'—nice feel. Mid-workout I actually smiled, satisfied, and the app made it easy to follow along.
Pretty good, minor issues
I bought it for my back pain, it's comfy and easy, but the fabric's a bit scratchy.
Was skeptical at first
Was skeptical before buying, tried it first week at home — surprised the app and videos actually worked, one tiny lag.
Birthday gift limbo
Ordered five days ago for a birthday. Checkout was easy. Supposed to be 48‑hour Royal Mail tracked. Still waiting. CS replies were vague and unhelpful. I'm a little annoyed but hopeful.
Worth the wait, mostly
I was unsure because shipping took nine days, but once it arrived the build feels solid and it slips into my morning routine, coffee and commute, there's a small scuff, but it works.
Steady gear, doubts gone
Bought with some hesitation - worried it’d be flimsy or just another app. Turns out the gear feels solid and the program is thorough. Extra workouts hit specific muscles. Community is friendly. Glad I tried it, really—unlike past brands.
Late but worth it
Waited nine days with no updates and was ready to be mad, but I finally unboxed it yesterday and tried it — feels solid, comfy in hand, works like they promised. Pretty pleased now.
Found it at a buddy's place
Halfway through my first workout I remembered seeing it at a buddy’s place and grabbed one. It feels chunky and solid underfoot, gives good resistance without taking over the room. Assembling was a bit fiddly, but I was surprised how quiet it runs.
Late-night doubt, morning win
Wasn't keen at first — worried it might be another dud. Delivery showed up quicker than I thought, and I messaged customer service about tracking; they replied fast and were helpful — no fuss. Now I use it every morning with my coffee.
Refund promise fell short
I used this for a couple of weeks and it started to fall apart — seams split, plastic loosened; overall felt cheaper than the price suggested. Support confirmed a 100-day money-back policy, but then refused when I asked for a refund because I’d used it. Bit annoying. Wish they were clearer upfront; I’d tell others to double-check too.
Felt right at first
two bands broke after a few weeks and support is slow, so yeah.
Small gym, big surprise
I grabbed this a few weeks ago for my cramped apartment — first day I thought it’d be flimsy, but it actually feels solid and folds away nice and stores easy. Took a minute to figure the setup, cables seemed a bit cheap, but I was surprised how quiet it is during workouts. Good for basic resistance routines.
Wasn't sure but glad I tried
I almost talked myself out of buying this — had back pain and an old gadget that fell apart, so I was wary. Shipping slipped because of a holiday but the emails answered my questions, so that eased me. Product feels solid, the exercise videos are useful, and the app keeps me on track. Still a little skeptical, but mostly pleased, would recommend to friends.
