I had a hard time getting back in shape after my hip surgeries and Achilles injury. It was tough finding a workout routine that worked for me. Even though I rode my bike a lot, I just couldn't get the level of fitness I wanted. But then I found resistance bands and they made all the difference. They helped me get stronger without hurting my hips, which was a game-changer. Now I don't have to stress about lifting heavy weights that could hurt my joints.
Gym equipment
I recently bought some gym equipment and I've been really happy with how well it's held up. It's sturdy and seems like it can handle all of my workouts. I've tried out different exercises with it and it's been giving me a good challenge each time. The one downside is the app that comes with it. It's been acting up a lot, with glitches and videos freezing, which kicks me off the app. It's been tough to figure out how to use the equipment properly because of this. Hopefully they fix these issues soon, because that would make my experience a lot better. Despite this hiccup, I think once the app is working smoothly, this gym equipment will definitely deserve a 5-star rating. But for now, I'd say to be careful if you're thinking about buying it.
