Hey, these coolers are seriously top-notch. They can totally compete with those expensive brands out there. The quality is amazing, and they are just as tough as they say. And let me tell you, the customer service I got was actually pretty great. It's not often you find that kind of help these days. I was really impressed with how far they went to help me out. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest these coolers to anyone looking for a solid product that won't cost an arm and a leg.
Igloo Cooler
I gotta tell you, I'm really happy with my new insulated cooler. It's done way better than I thought it would. My drinks and snacks have stayed super cold, even after a whole day, with the ice still hanging in there. I'm really impressed with how well this thing works.

This cooler was such a letdown when it came to keeping ice cold. They said it could last for days, but in reality, it only held up for a few hours on hot days and less than a day when the weather was cooler and cloudy. Because of this, I couldn't rely on it for my camping trip.
Cooler with cracked lid
I recently bought a cooler from this company, and unfortunately, it came with a big crack in the lid. Even though the item was damaged, I still had to wait around 3 weeks for it to arrive. I reached out to customer service through email right away, but didn't hear back for 3 days. When I called, I finally got to talk to someone who said they'd send me a replacement, but they didn't have the color I originally wanted in stock. When I asked the manager for a price adjustment because a sale started right after I bought it, they weren't helpful. Now I'm waiting for the replacement, but I still haven't heard back from the supervisor like they promised.
70qt adventure cooler

I thought I'd share my experience with the 70qt Adventure Cooler I recently got. Gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the quality of it. Initially, I was pretty stoked about its slick look. But that excitement soon turned to annoyance when I realized the lid wasn't closing right. After taking a closer look, I found a design flaw with a wire that was messing up how the lid fit. This flaw not only kept the lid from closing all the way but also caused dents on the underside where it bumped into the screw holding the wire. I reached out to customer service for an exchange, but the replacement they sent seemed like it had been used before. It had dents, weird white glue spots, missing fishing pole holders, and wheels that looked beat up. One of the wheels had a loose screw, which threw it off balance. And guess what? The replacement cooler had the same lid closure issue. All in all, I was really let down by the low quality of this product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Coolers
I can't believe how incompetent and disrespectful this company is. I bought some coolers online, expecting a smooth process like before. But boy, was I wrong. I signed up, got bombarded with texts and emails that had nothing to do with my order, and my purchase still didn't go through! When I reached out to customer service for help, all I got was excuses about "glitches" and basically a "tough luck" attitude. Can you believe they actually hung up on me when I expressed my frustration? It's obvious they don't care about their customers or their orders. Lesson learned: always double and triple check everything, even after you get confirmation. You never know if you'll actually get what you paid for.
Retro Cooler purchase, missing promotional free jug
I just bought a Retro Cooler when they were offering a free jug with any purchase from the retro collection. But when my order came, there was no free jug. I called customer service and they said I forgot to choose the free jug during checkout. It's annoying because I only bought it for the promotion. I offered to pay for shipping to get the jug separate, but they just laughed and didn't help. I'm really let down by their bad communication and not following through.
120 qt cooler purchase
I bought a 120 qt cooler and got a shipping notification on 4/5. But now it's 4/22 and Fed Ex doesn't have the package. I tried reaching out to customer service but no one has responded yet. I'm frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through. If there's an issue with my order, I just want to know so I can look for other options.
