Purchase of defective controller
I had a problem with the controller for my product recently. After just using it for a year, the lines were not working right. I tried contacting customer support, but after some back and forth, they stopped responding. So, I had to go back to the store where I bought it to send it back to the company for repair. It's been three weeks now, and the store still hasn't heard anything about the repair status. It seems like there might be a recurring issue with the controller, and the support is not that great. After this whole ordeal, I'm really not sure if I would buy from them again.

Socks missing, bad customer service
This place is terrible! I got some cute socks and two other things, but the socks never arrived! When I tried to reach out for help, they didn't even try to assist me! They accused me of lying about my order, even with proof on my phone! Then they admitted they ran out of socks but didn't bother letting me know! It's a horrible way to treat customers! I just want to return the other items, but they expect me to cover the shipping costs, which is completely unfair! I'm done shopping here!

Vinyl record purchase
I just bought a vinyl record online, but when it was supposedly delivered, I never got it. So, I reached out to customer service for help, but they didn't really do much to fix the problem. Even after I asked USPS to look into it, they couldn't find the package. FYE's customer service just told me to keep working with USPS, without suggesting any other options like getting a new record or a refund. I'm pretty annoyed and let down by the lack of help from FYE.

I got this really cute bag at your store that's made out of vegan leather! It's seriously so pretty and the material seems really nice. I wonder how well it'll last over time, but right now, it's just what I need for school. They really came through for me when I needed help with my small claims lawsuit about a debt. Their website had a ton of useful info that helped me figure out how to respond to the lawsuit. Water filtration system
I really wish I had checked out the negative reviews before I decided to order from this company. The good reviews on their website paint a much rosier picture than what I actually experienced. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it, but they said it was already on its way, even though USPS had no record of it. They wouldn't budge on canceling it and told me to send it back once it arrived. Judging by how they handled other people's refunds, I doubt I'll ever see my money again, even if I do send back the item. To make matters more complicated, the charge on my credit card came from a company in Hong Kong. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company to save yourself from the frustration and letdown that I went through. Clatterans, there's no point asking for my order number because your customer service has been completely unhelpful and MIA.

My flight with this airline was a total disaster. They couldn't help me when I needed it and then just left me stranded with no explanation. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare - couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone and online help was useless. I'd honestly rather swim back home than fly with them again. This was easily the worst airline experience I've ever had.
