Recent clothing purchase
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how nice the fabrics were. I've been shopping with them for a while now and I've noticed that their clothes are definitely better quality than a lot of other online stores. Being on the taller side at 5'10", I really like that they have options like long tunics and pants with longer inseams. It's nice to finally find clothes that fit right!

I completely forgot my old computer password and didn't feel like restarting the whole thing just to get back in. Luckily, I came across this really cool software that helped me create a USB boot drive to reset my password. It was a breeze, and I didn't have to worry about losing any of my stuff on the computer. I just had to follow the instructions, boot into the reset page, and voila! Password changed. It was really awesome and saved me a lot of time and hassle.

'Thinking of you' flowers for a friend
I just bought some 'thinking of you' flowers for my friend who is starting radiotherapy, and I am so happy with the florist I chose. Not only were the flowers gorgeous, they also really brightened my friend's day during a tough time. My friend said the delivery person was super nice and made them smile. I got a call from my friend thanking me and raving about the arrangement. I'm really impressed with this florist's service overall.

Puffer jacket
I bought something online on February 1st and they took the money out of my account right away. I waited for two weeks but didn't get any email confirming my order or any updates. So, I contacted customer service. It took them days to get back to me, and even when I showed them proof of purchase, they said it wasn't good enough. I'd rather shop at places like SSENSE or FARFETCH where they have great service and always have items in stock. The snooty behavior at The Webster is just not cool, especially after my experience with them.

The delivery promise wasn't met because our package got left in a spot where it was easy to swipe. When we called customer service, they said they weren't gonna deliver to us again and told us we had to pick up stuff at their place from now on. That's not gonna work for us 'cause it's not safe or easy to get to.
