New shoes
Hey, so I just had the best experience at this store when I was trying to cop some new shoes. The folks working there were seriously top-notch - so friendly and reliable. Their customer service was out of this world, for real. I copped my fresh kicks online and they were super helpful with my questions, always hitting me back real quick. It sucks I can only rate them 5 stars, but honestly, they deserve like 10 stars in my book! 🌟
high-quality leather boots
I just got myself some really nice leather boots from this store and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how well-made and durable they are. The folks working there knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect pair for my size and style. They had a great selection of shoes from different brands and styles so I had no trouble finding exactly what I wanted. Overall, it was a really awesome shopping trip.

I snagged a really awesome phone case and headphones from this store and let me tell you, I was not let down one bit! The service was top-notch, the packaging was on point, the products were incredible, and the delivery was lightning fast. Huge shoutout to the store for their superb customer service! Bought a pair of shoes

Difficult to return international items
I had this really annoying situation where I tried to return something that didn't fit from this store. The website was no help at all on how to send back stuff from other countries, and when I reached out to customer service, the emails just made it more confusing. I ended up spending way too much time and money trying to send it back without the right codes. It was so frustrating and could have been avoided if they just communicated better and gave clearer instructions.

The store had a really good variety of skincare products that I wanted. The staff was super nice and helped me figure out which products were best for my skin. I've been shopping here for years and always find everything I'm looking for.
