Dress purchase, sizing issue
I bought a dress from The Webster not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed. The dress I got was supposed to be a US size 10, but it was way too small when it showed up. It fit more like a size 6.
High-value purchase, exchange needed due to promo code usage
I recently bought some stuff at this store and had a problem with using a promo code for a discount, so I had to swap out a few items. The issue was trying to contact customer service to set up the exchange - it was a real pain. I tried calling multiple times but couldn't get a hold of anyone to help me out.
Puffer jacket
I bought something online on February 1st and they took the money out of my account right away. I waited for two weeks but didn't get any email confirming my order or any updates. So, I contacted customer service. It took them days to get back to me, and even when I showed them proof of purchase, they said it wasn't good enough. I'd rather shop at places like SSENSE or FARFETCH where they have great service and always have items in stock. The snooty behavior at The Webster is just not cool, especially after my experience with them.
Bought a shirt online
I ordered this really awesome shirt online, but when it came, it was totally the wrong one! I tried contacting the seller, but they refused to replace it or give me a refund. That's just not okay.
YSL wallet purchase
I recently bought a YSL wallet from this store and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. When I got the bag, there was no authenticity card to be found, and it was sloppily wrapped in basic paper with just a logo sticker slapped on. Not a single hardware protector sticker in sight, and the metal handle wasn't even covered. To top it off, the logo on the front looked faded and worn. All of this made me start questioning if the bag was even real. Honestly, it was a pretty terrible experience that left me feeling like I wasted my money on a phony product.
Damaged Gucci wallet
I bought a Gucci wallet from this store, but it came damaged. I followed their return instructions and sent it back just 2 days later. They said I'd get my refund in 3-5 business days, but it's been a month now and still no refund. They're not even replying to my emails asking about it. This is terrible customer service and I'm very frustrated.
Misleading Sale Item
Webster's advertising sales, but when you click the link, they send you to a customer service team that's no help and seems shady. Don't waste your time or money there - try shopping at Josephstore or Italist instead.
Cool shirt
Man, this store was totally uncool. I was trying to find a cool shirt, but no one bothered to help me out. It felt like they didn't even want me to buy anything. Not cool at all, dude.
Incorrect shoe size purchase
I bought a shoe from this store about six months back, but got the wrong size. It's still brand new in the packaging. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were super rude. The representative basically said I couldn't return it because too much time had passed. This kind of service is really not up to the standard for a luxury store. I'd recommend avoiding shopping here.
Purchased clothing for wife
Customer service was absolutely terrible! I was told I could return items if they didn't fit, but when I tried, they accused me of lying and wouldn't take them back. Can you believe that?
Lost package, no refund
My package got lost and it's been a mess trying to get it sorted out. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times but still haven't gotten a replacement or refund. Fendi jeans
I bought some jeans from that store and man, was I disappointed. The first pair I got was way too small, so I returned them in perfect condition. I also bought a bigger size to make sure they fit. But then they rejected the return for the first pair because apparently, they were missing some tags and loops. When I got the jeans back, all the tags were gone. I can't believe a fancy store like that would make such a mistake.

I picked up this awesome hoodie at this store, but when I tried to return it, nobody was around to take it back. FedEx ended up sending it back to me and now I can't seem to reach anyone at the store. Definitely recommend avoiding this place!
