I'm really glad I picked them — they handled the problem when the court decided to be sloooow and it could've been a total headache. I used the service to respond to a lawsuit months ago and Solosuit took care of the whole filing step, including sending a $238 cashier's check to the courthouse on my behalf. I figured that would be that. Then, about six, seven months later I get a letter from the court saying the check was no good because it had expired (it was marked VOID AFTER 90 DAYS — fair enough), and they wanted a new check so my answer could be entered. At first I was like, "Great, thanks court," but reading the letter I realized the delay was on the court's side, not mine. I called Solosuit right away; honestly, I half expected the usual runaround you get with other companies — you know, vague emails, passing the buck — but this was different. They offered me two options: refund the $238 so I could hand-deliver payment, or reissue the check and mail it again. I asked them to resend the check. They did. Then, a few weeks after that (maybe two, maybe three — timelines got fuzzy), the court sent another notice saying they still hadn't received payment and had tacked on a $49 collection fee, so now I supposedly owed $287. I contacted Solosuit again, explained the whole ridiculous loop, and they confirmed the second check had been mailed but also agreed to refund the whole $287 so I could take care of it myself if I wanted. That surprised me in a good way — they covered the extra fee that the court added, even though that fee wasn't their fault. Small touch: their reps were calm and human, not scripted, which made a difference. I've dealt with some services that dodge responsibility, so this felt refreshingly different. Did the mail take forever? Yep. Was the court slow? Definitely. Were there hiccups? Sure. But Solosuit owned what they could and helped solve the rest. So yeah, I'm happy. If you want someone who will actually try to make it right when outside issues creep in, give them a shot — and maybe follow up with the court sooner than I did, lesson learned. 🙂
Real pros, honestly
Totally knew their stuff
Mostly useful
Mid-story, doubted after friend's demo; mostly okay.
That relief when someone answers
Spotted Solo on Reddit, told my friend — quick replies, friendly service, and honestly felt so relieved.
Practical, not perfect
Overall it's handy — I order lunches for work with it, pretty fast, a few quirks though.
Simple and surprisingly helpful
Totally worth it — my bad back needed the help, setup was easy, support actually helped.
Quick legal help
Used it to sort small legal forms between jobs, site is straightforward and helped me answer things well.
Little court lifeline
Bottom line, it helped me, flawed but usable. Saw debt response on Reddit a buddy sent, I tweaked it, filed, crossed fingers.
Quick follow-up
Sent in my paperwork, asked a quick follow-up question, and got a helpful reply within a few hours — pretty smooth, actually.
Quietly satisfied
Ordered, set it up afternoon; first impression was fast and clear. When they answered my question I knew I was satisfied, price fair.
Surprisingly chill
I was half-skeptical at first. It’s really simple to use. Calm steps, bit of hand-holding, made me relax, with clear directions. Wish faster chat.
Really helped during the move
Was stressed about a move and bad backs, but Shine's quick responses and hands-on help actually calmed me, felt confident, relieved, satisfied.
Morning run with Solo
Tried it this morning while juggling other tasks. Was skeptical at first, but the offer flow is clear and support replied fast — smooth.
Saved my sanity
Found this tool when I was freaking out about a court summons — total lifesaver. Filling out the answer was way easier than I thought, used it between work calls today. Really so relieved it worked; would recommend to anyone.
Saved me a trip
Saved me from running all over town, so I’m glad. I’m disabled and couldn’t handle courthouse errands, and Solo sent my docs to the lawyers and court via certified mail, worked fine, like a high-tech pigeon. Not perfect (arrived a day late), but way better than others.
Big relief and savings
I'm honestly glad I called — saved a big chunk (about 40% off what I owed), so yeah, totally worth it. Yale and Ben were patient and actually explained things, and Solo helped coordinate. If you're tired of debt collectors, give these folks a try; I was nervous but came away relieved and thankful.
Quick and kinda slick
I hesitated at first — worried it’d be a pain or glitchy. Turns out it handled my case uploads fine, saved me driving to the office, and I use it when juggling work and kids. Not flawless (took a minute to confirm), but overall it made life easier.
Quick fix, glad I reached out
I'm happy and would use them again. I left a gripe at first, but Solo Suit's office called and handled it in a calm, professional way. People mess up sometimes, and they fixed it without drama. I felt heard and the documents were sorted. My advice: contact them first — it honestly works better than stewing.
Halfway to relief
Halfway through the instructions I was ready to bail — forms looked like a maze and I'd almost paid a lawyer once before who overpromised. I was skeptical, but the site walked me through filing the complaint from PFG, Inc., step by step. Pretty soon my doubts faded; I actually learned stuff and saved cash. Not perfect, but really impressed and relieved.
Came through when I needed it
Right after I opened the summons and panicked, I signed up last month and started using it that afternoon. The delivery of the documents was quick—faster than I expected—and customer service answered my questions without making me repeat everything. The tool handled the bulk of the work; it’s not flawless (form flow was a bit clunky), but it took away most of my stress and got me through the process, and saved me time. I’d use it again.
