My experience with the legal document preparation service has been pretty good overall. However, there are areas that could use some improvement to make things better for customers. One big problem I had was that the company talks a lot about being on time, but they don't tell you where the documents are coming from. It would be helpful if customers could choose how they want their documents sent, like being able to pick them up locally or get them printed nearby with clear directions. Not knowing where the documents are coming from could cause problems for people who need them quickly, which could make them unhappy. I suggest that they improve communication about where the documents are coming from to avoid confusing customers about when they will arrive. Despite this issue, the service itself was efficient and did what I needed it to do. I hope they work on being more transparent and communicating better in the future to make customers even happier.
