    Good collections of different useful products I had few collections before Covid starts Later of days restrictions also imposed and shipping companies were also under tremendous pressure
    Essential items were coming almost timely
    Beanies in black color was my first order Quality wise this was fine not great but whatever I paid this was fine Second order after two months That was portable camp chair Very common issues noted even before pandemic deliveries were late then scheduled time given to me while booking done Worst part just three times I called up customer service to know why parcels delivered late and the way they reacted I stopped calling after wards Big operational issues ,remove them team.

    Waterproof hiking boots

    I just got a new pair of waterproof hiking boots from this company and I gotta say, the whole process was super easy. Their website was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted in no time. When I had a question about sizing, customer service was on it and helped me out right away. The price was fair and I think I got a good deal for the quality I got. The boots arrived fast and in great shape. All in all, I had a really good experience with this company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Awesome Filson gloves

    Once I finally got around to ordering my Filson gloves from this online store, I was actually pleasantly surprised! I had read some pretty bad reviews that almost made me change my mind, but I decided to go for it since the gloves were on sale. And you know what? They fit perfectly and were the right color! The icing on the cake? They came in just four days and I could track them the whole way, so I knew when they'd arrive. It was smooth sailing, and now I know I'll definitely be shopping here again!

    I just bought something online, but I got bummed out when I saw that the only shipping choice was USPS. The thing is, USPS doesn't deliver to my place, so I always have to deal with returned packages, handle fees, and worry about stuff getting messed up or stolen. It's a big hassle and makes me not want to buy from this store again. It's annoying to pay for shipping, only to end up having to get a refund because USPS can't get the package to me.

    Tactical Backpack

    So, after reading all these reviews talking about how awful the service was, I thought, "Hey, maybe it won't be that bad," and went ahead and ordered this tactical backpack from this place. And what do you know? Just like everyone else, I got let down. They gave me a refund out of nowhere, no explanation at all. So, I gave them a call to figure out what the deal was. Apparently, the item mysteriously became "out of stock," but they were still advertising it on their site and even on Amazon, but at a higher price! The customer service person tried to act like it was just some mistake, but I wasn't buying it. It felt like they decided to change the price and used the out-of-stock excuse to try and make a few extra bucks. Do yourself a favor and listen to those reviews – find somewhere else to buy from.

    Gift shirt exchange

    I got this shirt for my friend, but it didn't fit them well. I was panicking because I had no clue what to do, but the store employees were really great and helped me exchange it for the correct size. They treated me like a regular person, not just some clueless kid, which was pretty cool. I could tell they actually cared about sorting things out for me, you know? Plus, they made the whole thing super easy and simple.

    Kids outdoor gear

    I just ordered some outdoor gear for my 7-year-old from this company, thinking it would get here in time for our camping trip. Unfortunately, the delivery kept getting delayed, and when I reached out to customer service, they didn't have a real solution for the problem. Long story short, the product never came, and now my kid's bummed and I'm irritated. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody because of their lack of organization and failure to get orders out on time.

    Double payment issue

    I had a really irritating experience with my order from this store recently. So, I went ahead and placed an order without setting up an account and I filled in all the required details on my phone. But when I hit "place your order," nothing happened. I made sure all the fields were filled out correctly and tried placing the order again, but then I noticed I got charged twice for the same purchase. On top of that, I didn't even get any confirmation emails, which made me even more confused and annoyed. I had to go through the hassle of canceling the second order.
