When I contacted customer service about it, they told me there's no way to change the store. It's frustrating that no one can help fix this problem. For example, I had to buy three cartons from a local store because of this issue, which shows that customers in my area aren't being considered. This isn't just a one-time thing, it keeps happening and needs to be fixed right away.

I can't believe the awful service I got when I returned a suit that wasn't even that great, especially considering how much it cost. It seriously took me 2 whole months of constantly bugging them to finally get my money back. And on top of that, I had to pay for the shipping to return it. The whole thing was a total nightmare. Their communication was terrible, with emails giving me different info about my return and refund every day. It was like a huge hassle just to get my money back. Overall, it was a disaster and I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone.
