Table purchase
My time at Lane Crawford was really not great. I saw a sale online for something I liked, but when I got to the store they said it was in a different spot. The salesperson I talked to was not helpful at all, and kind of rude. Even when my sister tried to talk to her, she didn't really care. It was pretty obvious she didn't want to help us, and it made us feel ignored and like we didn't matter. Her attitude was not cool and definitely not professional.
Bag purchase
I was a little nervous about buying something online because of past problems I've had with orders and being worried about giving out my personal banking info. But, I decided to go for it since they had the bag I wanted so badly. Thankfully, my payment went through smoothly and I didn't have to deal with any extra hassle. Before I made my purchase, I contacted customer service to talk about my concerns. I talked to Monique, who was super nice and eased my concerns about the whole thing. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order was delivered. I ordered on a Wednesday and got it by Friday. Big thanks to Monique and the team! Definitely would tell others to check out this website, just remember to reach out to customer service if you're feeling uneasy.

I bought the cutest denim jacket from this store and it showed up so fast! I ordered it on a Tuesday and got it by Friday all the way in Ireland. The service was amazing and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I'm already looking forward to shopping here again!
La Nuit De L'Homme perfume
When I went to the Causeway Bay shop the other day, I picked up my go-to winter scent, La Nuit De L'Homme. The folks there were super friendly and really knew their stuff when it came to the product. Their professionalism totally blew me away, and I'll definitely be coming back to this store again.
Limited Edition Candle
I got totally scammed! I splurged on this special edition candle that was sold out everywhere, but then I found it on their website. I thought I hit the jackpot, but nope! I ended up shelling out a crazy amount for the candle and the delivery cost was insane. When the package finally arrived, I excitedly ripped it open only to find a basic candle I could've gotten for way cheaper at a local store. What a joke! When I asked for a refund, customer service not only said no to giving me my money back for the wrong item, but also refused to refund the ridiculous delivery fee. What a waste of cash and energy! I am never shopping with them again.
Clothing and accessories
I wanted to share about a bad experience I had with Lane Crawford recently. So, I tried to return something that got lost in the mail, but both DHL and Lane Crawford weren't much help in fixing the problem. They kept bouncing me back and forth, and in the end, Lane Crawford wouldn't give me a refund for the lost item. It was super annoying dealing with no clear communication and nobody taking responsibility, especially since I dropped a good chunk of change on that thing. Kind of a bummer to see a well-known store like Lane Crawford not showing much love to their customers.
No tax invoice or receipt
I just bought something from that store, but was bummed out because they didn't give me a receipt or tax invoice. I tried hitting up their customer service through email and live chat, but they took forever to get back to me. The customer service was just okay, if I'm being honest. I just bought a handbag from this online store, and I have to say, I am super impressed with their services! I used to go to their store in Hong Kong, and I can confirm that they provide top-quality products and great customer service online as well. I bought some shoes from Lane Crawford recently because they were the only ones who had the style I wanted. But man, returning them was a pain! The return instructions on their website were outdated, and after I got my return reference number, I didn't hear a peep from them. Plus, I only got one proforma invoice when DHL usually needs 3-4 for a smooth customs process. All this confusion and lack of communication really got on my nerves during the returns process.

I ordered this super cute dress from them, but then they were like, "Oops, we actually don't have it anymore." And then they were all, "Can we get your credit card info for verification?" I mean, seriously? I've never been asked that before. And then, you won't believe it, they still didn't have the dress. What a total waste of time, don't you think?
Valentino bracelet purchase
I recently bought a bracelet from Lane Crawford and man, was I so disappointed with how they handled things. So I got an email telling me that since I was a first-time buyer, they could only ship the bracelet to the same address as my billing address and that they would hold it for 24 hours. I said okay right away to that. But then, the next day, I got another email saying my order was all set and I'd get my tracking info soon. Then, a few hours after that, I got yet another email saying they had to cancel my order because the bracelet was sold out. I was so confused because they had told me they were holding it for me. That's not cool at all. I'm gonna go with European shops from now on, ones that treat customers right, sell good stuff, and get it to me fast. Lane Crawford won't be seeing any more of my business.
Faulty sequin top return
My experience at the Lane Crawford IFC branch was a total nightmare. Being a gold card member, you'd think I'd receive better treatment, but nope, the staff there was just plain incompetent and rude. The concierge supervisor, Suki Cho, was particularly clueless and not helpful at all. And don't get me started on the concierge manager, Macrina To - she was just downright rude and didn't even try to apologize. The whole mess started because some guy on staff made a mistake, and it ended up causing me a lot of stress and embarrassment. Honestly, the lack of accountability and customer service there is just mind-boggling. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store like it's the plague.
Cuff purchase
This website is such a rip-off! I bought a cuff and got something totally different that didn't even look like what they showed online. I tried reaching out by email and phone multiple times, but never heard back. Their customer service is a joke - just voicemails and automated emails. And forget about getting a return shipping label for the wrong item, I had to fight with my credit card company to get a refund. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this site!
Fast delivery of a great item
I just bought something really cool and got it super fast which was awesome. But then they had a little trouble finding my payment and asked me for some transaction details. It was a bit annoying but we worked it out in the end.
Clothing items
I recently bought something from this store and, man, let me tell you, the ordering process was a total mess. It was taking forever, and I later figured out it was because it was run out of Hong Kong. They actually asked me to snap a pic of my credit card and then had me call my bank to get an approval code, like what?? So unnecessary and just a big hassle. Dealing with them was definitely not a walk in the park.
