Shoes purchase
I just bought a pair of shoes on Poshmark, but it's been five days and the seller still hasn't shipped them. I sent an email asking about the order, but got no reply. When I reached out to Poshmark support, they just told me to be patient and give the seller more time. But by day 10, still no shoes, and I started to think maybe the seller wasn't legit. I ended up asking for a refund, but they told me to hold on and wait to see if the shoes would ever show up. It was really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this whole situation.
Recent purchase of clothing
I bought some clothes from this website recently, but the return process was not good. The description of the items was wrong, and I had a hard time sending them back. The company's return policy is not easy to use, and they made it really hard for me to return the clothes. It was so annoying that I just kept the clothes instead of dealing with the return.
Cute pink dress
I picked up this really cute pink dress from Poshmark and it looked so nice! But the seller wasn't great. They didn't respond to any of my questions and didn't even acknowledge my offer. And when I tried to follow up, they just went on ahead and blocked me! That's not cool at all.
Scamming sellers
Watch out for scammers pretending to be buyers on this platform. I kept getting hit up by folks trying to pull a fast one on me when all I was doing was trying to sell my stuff. They'd act like they were keen on buying, ask for my digits, and push to pay with a check. These scammers are way too slick with their tricks, for sure not a one-off deal. I ended up shutting down my account 'cause it was just a hassle dealing with these shady characters.
Clothing
I messed up by not checking reviews before buying stuff on Poshmark, and man, do I wish I had! The app is easy to use and the prices are usually lower than other sites, but the sellers are a whole different story. Some of them vanish after you buy something, and the rest won't even bother answering your questions. And let's not even talk about how long it takes to get a refund if you change your mind - waiting 11 days is just too much!

I bought a dress on Poshmark thinking it was a women's size 10, but it turned out to be a girl's size 10. Three skirts from different Poshmark sellers
I've been using Poshmark a lot and I've been having some issues with a few sellers lately. The first one didn't even send me the skirt I bought and ignored all my messages. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they told me different things on how to cancel the order, which was pretty confusing. It was annoying having to wait 8 whole days before finally being able to cancel, especially since the seller wasn't even responding. Canceling the order ended up taking longer than I thought, but at least I did end up getting my money back.
Designer blazer purchase
I recently bought a designer blazer on Poshmark, thinking it was black, but it turned out to be navy when it arrived. The seller wouldn't let me return it, so I had to bring it up to Poshmark. Even after showing them lots of photos of the color difference, Poshmark sided with the seller, saying I should have double-checked the color before buying. As someone who shops online a lot, I'm shocked by how the seller and Poshmark didn't take responsibility for this mistake. Selling something that's not as described is a big deal, and I believe they should both own up to it. I've shopped on eBay and the RealReal for years and never had this kind of problem. I'm definitely avoiding that seller in the future and will think twice before buying from Poshmark again.
