    OROS Solarcore insulated vest

    This vest was advertised in good used condition. Upon receiving it, you could feel the Solarcore (closed cell foam) had completely deteriorated and broken apart into crumbles and clumps. It has lost all insulating value and is now worthless. I attempted to return and they keep asking for photos. I explain I cannot take photos of the inside of the vest, but you can feel it plainly, and they keep sending the same email asking for photos of the problem. Obviously their customer service is run by a bot and there are no people reading the messages. There is no phone number, and their FB page just tells you to go to the support (bot) page. Filing through Paypal to get my money back and return this item. Thank goodness I used paypal since Poshmark will not protect you. This is my third item I have had issues with, and all three times I had problems. Will find a different site, go back to ebay for future purchases. ZERO customer support on Poshmark

    Poshmark Seller

    Problems as a seller:
    1 - There is NO such thing as seller service from the company. Answers to questions are pre-written and it is impossible to get anyone to respond a specific issue.
    Example: I had a sale for an expensive item $1800 - prior to shipping (which is prepaid and at the time it was required to send via USPS Priority via a Poshmark provided label). I emailed and asked what my item was insured for and if not the full price, how could I get additional insurance. The response: Each case is handled differently and we as social team don't have the specifics on how these cases are handled, however, as long as you use the provided Poshmark shipping label, Poshmark can work with USPS for any lost in transit or damaged in transit items.
    My response: Please transfer my inquiry to the proper department to give me an answer ... What department would that be?
    After that Crickets .. never responded again to any further requests.

    Over this Christmas season I sold an item that ended up having a minor problem that initially the buyer wanted to return the item and that was approved by Poshmark. No problem - however the next day the buyer decided to keep the item and not return it. Poshmark policy is to give the buyer 2 to 4 days to return the item via the prepaid USPS label. It has now been over 10 days and my requests that Poshmark give me my sales money was met with ' we decided to give the buyer more time so we will payout after a few more days. HUH? Your policy doesn't state that ... They are now ghosting all my requests for information. Meanwhile, I am out $260 ...

    My advice is to be extremely wary of Poshmark - and truthfully, I am no longer going to be selling high ticket items on their site. Not a good way to treat a 5 star seller Poshmark.

    I just bought a pair of shoes on Poshmark, but it's been five days and the seller still hasn't shipped them. I sent an email asking about the order, but got no reply. When I reached out to Poshmark support, they just told me to be patient and give the seller more time. But by day 10, still no shoes, and I started to think maybe the seller wasn't legit. I ended up asking for a refund, but they told me to hold on and wait to see if the shoes would ever show up. It was really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this whole situation.

    Recent purchase of clothing

    I bought some clothes from this website recently, but the return process was not good. The description of the items was wrong, and I had a hard time sending them back. The company's return policy is not easy to use, and they made it really hard for me to return the clothes. It was so annoying that I just kept the clothes instead of dealing with the return.

    Cute pink dress

    I picked up this really cute pink dress from Poshmark and it looked so nice! But the seller wasn't great. They didn't respond to any of my questions and didn't even acknowledge my offer. And when I tried to follow up, they just went on ahead and blocked me! That's not cool at all.

    Scamming sellers

    Watch out for scammers pretending to be buyers on this platform. I kept getting hit up by folks trying to pull a fast one on me when all I was doing was trying to sell my stuff. They'd act like they were keen on buying, ask for my digits, and push to pay with a check. These scammers are way too slick with their tricks, for sure not a one-off deal. I ended up shutting down my account 'cause it was just a hassle dealing with these shady characters.

    I messed up by not checking reviews before buying stuff on Poshmark, and man, do I wish I had! The app is easy to use and the prices are usually lower than other sites, but the sellers are a whole different story. Some of them vanish after you buy something, and the rest won't even bother answering your questions. And let's not even talk about how long it takes to get a refund if you change your mind - waiting 11 days is just too much!

    Lilly dress, women's size 10 mislabeled as a girl's size

    I bought a dress on Poshmark thinking it was a women's size 10, but it turned out to be a girl's size 10. I sent pictures and measurements, even using guides from the Lilly website to prove the size was off, but my case got closed and I couldn't return it. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with how Poshmark handled the situation.

    Incorrect sizing issues

    I've gotta say, I'm really annoyed with the whole sizing situation I've been dealing with on Poshmark. I ordered a 2X but got items labeled as XXL.     Shoes in the wrong color

    In my experience, getting something in the wrong color is definitely a good reason to ask for your money back. I had this happen to me on Poshmark not too long ago, and the customer service person said no to my refund because they thought color was subjective. I didn't get it, that response just made me confused and mad. I think when you order something and it shows up in a different color than what was advertised, that's a mistake on the seller's part. Customer service should listen to valid complaints to keep customers happy and trusting them.

    J Crew jacket

    My first purchase on Poshmark was a disaster. I got a J Crew jacket I already have two of, so I thought I was good to go. But the jacket I got was completely different. It was way too short, making me think it was an old model, a new one, or just a cheaper version. I contacted the seller about swapping it out for something else to make things right, but they never even responded. I was so frustrated, I tried reaching out to Poshmark support for help, but that just made things worse. They wanted more photos in perfect lighting without any wrinkles - all while I was stuck at work and had no one to help me take pictures. The jacket finally showed up all crumpled in a flimsy envelope inside another envelope, covered in wrinkles. The whole thing was a mess and now I'm done with Poshmark. Go with Ebay or Amazon for better customer service and save yourself the trouble.

    Selling an item on the platform

    I just sold something on this platform and boy, did I run into a big problem. So I sent the item to the buyer, right? And then out of nowhere, my account got locked up. Now I can't get to the money for the thing I sold. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service by email, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. And to top it off, there's no phone support. This whole situation has me feeling super frustrated and like I can't do anything about it.

    I joined Poshmark to sell some stuff, and they said I'd get my cash in a few days. But it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't seen a cent. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but crickets. And now they went and shut down my account. I'm so irritated and feel like I got played, with $400 of mine still MIA.     Designer suit with belt

    As a Poshmark buyer, I recently bought a designer suit with a matching belt. The suit I got was damaged and the belt was not in the package. I tried to get help from Poshmark, but I haven't been able to resolve this issue or get any compensation for the messed up order. Dealing with this has been super disappointing and frustrating because Poshmark isn't helping out. Just a heads up, be careful when buying on Poshmark because it looks like both buyers and sellers aren't being held accountable for their actions.

    I just bought a lipstick on Poshmark and I'm really bummed about it. The quality is terrible - it's obviously a fake. The lipstick is all dried up and doesn't even go on my lips smoothly. I thought I was getting the real deal, but it's pretty clear that it's not. I should have checked the reviews before buying it. I tried to get a refund, but it doesn't seem like it's gonna happen.     Setting up a seller account

    I've been selling stuff online for a really long time, over 20 years, including on eBay for 24 years. Lately, I wanted to try out selling on Poshmark to reach more buyers. But man, setting up my seller account on Poshmark has been a real pain. I keep getting error messages every time I try to create my account. I even tried deleting my account and starting over, but that just gave me even more errors. It's been super frustrating.

    Once you see that label has been made and you receive the "shipped" notification, make sure to check the USPS tracking number. If they don't have it within a few days, then it's probably a sketchy seller. Don't waste time waiting for Poshmark to handle it, just contact your payment method right away to get your refund. And if what you receive turns out to be garbage or faulty, don't be afraid to speak up and ask for your money back. It's important not to let these sellers scam us. So always remember, if you're unsure, speak up!
