I paid extra for expedited delivery, but my product arrived way later than promised. And when I asked for a refund, they completely ignored my emails. It was such a waste of money! I'm livid and honestly feel like screaming. I'm definitely spreading the word about how awful this company is.

I recently bought a logo design, but I gotta say I'm pretty let down by the customer service I got from the company. They told me I could add more stuff to my logo after I paid, but then they just straight up ignored all my emails. I asked for some changes to be made, but never heard anything back. This whole lack of communication and follow-through is not cool at all. It's got me feeling annoyed and unsatisfied with how things turned out.

Incorrect sizing issues
I've gotta say, I'm really annoyed with the whole sizing situation I've been dealing with on Poshmark. I ordered a 2X but got items labeled as XXL. It's happened in my last five purchases, and it's just really frustrating. Trying to sort it out with Poshmark support has been a complete headache. It feels like they care more about making money than making sure their customers are happy.

Online order for in-store pickup
I recently placed an online order for in-store pickup at Total Wine, thinking it would be easy and convenient. However, it turned out to be a mess. When I got to the store, the item I wanted was not easy to find. I asked for help, but the worker wouldn't get it for me and told me to come back in 2 hours. I was so frustrated by the lack of help. The next day, I went back to the store and it was closed due to a flood, making things even more of a hassle. I had already paid for the item, but couldn't get it. And when I called customer service, they gave me a gift card that could only be used for non-alcohol items and expired in a week. The whole thing was really disappointing and made me feel like my time and money didn't matter. Now I'm not sure if I want to go back to Total Wine again.

Credit score drop and payment issues
Yeah, so I purchased something online here and then my credit score took a hit, which really stinks, you know? And then I ran into all these issues trying to make payments because I couldn't update my bank info, so my payments kept getting declined. They wouldn't even accept phone payments, it was super frustrating! The customer service rep was friendly, but couldn't really do anything to assist, so I ended up closing my account. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone!

Olay Daily Facials water activated dry cloths
I've been using Olay Daily Facials water activated dry cloths at night for years, and they used to be the best for giving my face a really deep clean. I don't wear a lot of makeup, so just one cloth always did the trick. Lately though, I've noticed that the cloths don't lather up as well as they used to. Even when I use two cloths, it's just not the same deep clean. The quality seems to have gone downhill, and now they cost more too. It's just not worth it for me anymore. Looks like I'll have to start looking for a new product to use.

Oh my gosh, the CBD skincare products from this place are seriously awesome! They leave my skin feeling super smooth and moisturized. Misleading branding and return issues
I'm really concerned about the deceptive practices of this company. They try to pass themselves off as a British brand using foreign models and English websites, but in reality, they're based in China. This can really confuse customers and also makes the whole return process a hassle and costly. Their suggestion to label returns as gifts to avoid customs problems seems shady. It makes me wish I had done more research before buying from them. Their prices are not even that low, and the shipping costs are ridiculous, especially if they claim to be a high-quality brand. And to top it off, the return address is just some random person's house, which shows that they're not a trustworthy brand at all.

The winter coats I got for my kids from this store are top-notch, both in quality and style. The little touches on these jackets really stand out, and my kids' teachers have even mentioned how great they look. They're super cozy and warm for those chilly winter days, while still being on-trend. I was so blown away by the winter coats that I just had to preorder our spring jackets, too. I can't wait for them to get here!
