Expensive subscription, lack of responses, long-distance matches, technical issues
As a customer, I've been pretty let down by my experience. Even though I put a good chunk of change into a year-long subscription, I've run into a bunch of problems with the platform. I've tried reaching out to a few people, but I hardly ever get a reply. And most of the matches I get live in different states, so meeting up in person is tough. Plus, there have been some technical issues like clicking on a profile and it not showing up on my phone. All in all, my time on the site hasn't been great.

And the fees for using this service are a real bummer, I'm feeling like I'm not getting my money's worth. I'd rather just donate my stuff to charity and at least get a tax write-off.
