Great selection, beautiful dresses
This website is seriously a go-to for anyone shopping for cute kids' clothes. They seriously have so many options for both boys and girls, and the dresses are just stunning! I totally found the perfect outfit I was after, and the quality is seriously top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Winter and Spring jackets
The winter coats I got for my kids from this store are top-notch, both in quality and style. The little touches on these jackets really stand out, and my kids' teachers have even mentioned how great they look. They're super cozy and warm for those chilly winter days, while still being on-trend. I was so blown away by the winter coats that I just had to preorder our spring jackets, too. I can't wait for them to get here!
Rain suit for 12-month-old baby
I just got a rain suit for my 1-year-old, went for the 18-24 size. It fits big on my little one, but it's great quality and well-made. Really impressed with how sturdy and well-designed it is, definitely worth it for those wet days.
Lost package resolution
The customer service here is seriously lacking. My package got lost in the mail and even though they say they'll take care of it, they haven't done anything about it. It's been two weeks now and there's still no solution in sight. Canada Post said the package is lost and that DPD needs to handle it, but the company hasn't done anything. They're not taking responsibility at all and they haven't even said sorry for the trouble. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service from them.
Snowsuit purchase
I just bought a snowsuit for my little kid, and let me tell you, I am super impressed. The quality is amazing and my child looks so cute in it. The attention to detail is excellent, and you can tell it's made really well. I will definitely be coming back for more because I had such a great experience with this purchase.
Many purchases
We've had a lot of purchases and most have been fine. Our most recent one was disaster and I learned customer service doesn't care about customers at all. They couldn't deliver my full order because of a system glitch and were unwilling to find a solution to items in the order that went with the item that was canceled (on their end!). It was kind of nuts. Nice clothes but they don't care about their customers.
Snowsuit
I am a huge fan of Deux par Deux from my early years of moving to Quebec. Their clothing and snowsuit designs are superb and of high quality. In the past few years, however, competition has grown from brands like Nano and a few others. And although their fabric colours and variety are more fun and still ahead of the rest, I have noticed that there is room for improvement. Snowsuit knees are more fragile on DXD compared to Nano, which also has interior fleece lining and larger extra-strong fabric patch on the knees, which allow for stretch and last longer. Plus, that very useful open-cuff at the ankles to allow for boot wearing. So I am a big fan of DxD but wish they would make these small changes to their design to combine beauty with extra functionality. Thank you!
