Liquor purchase
I went to Total Wine the other day to pick up some liquor, but I gotta say, it was pretty disappointing. The store looked good and had a lot to choose from, but the service was just not up to par. The people in charge were straight up rude and made me feel like I was being a burden. They didn't even make eye contact and their attitude was off-putting. On top of that, the other employees didn't seem too warm or helpful either when I needed some direction.
Three wines
My sister's friend recently visited Total Wine in Metairie, Louisiana to pick up three bottles of wine. He's from Greece and isn't very knowledgeable about wine, so he asked me for some recommendations. I suggested he grab a Louis Jadot Macon Villages, a Beaujolais, and a Chardonnay. However, when he presented the list to a salesman, he only managed to snag the Louis Jadot Macon Villages. Instead, he ended up with a Pardon & Fils Beaujolais-Villages and a Bishop Pine Chardonnay. The Beaujolais-Villages turned out to be a major disappointment with its bitter aftertaste, leaving my sister's friend wishing he hadn't tried it. We decided to skip the Bishop Pine Chardonnay altogether after that experience. It's pretty shady for a salesperson to deceive someone just because they're foreign.
Wine purchase
I bought some wine from that place and paid extra for delivery. But guess what? The stuff never showed up, so I had to call customer service. The manager straight up tried to put it all on me, saying it was my fault the wine didn't make it. Like, excuse me? I've got security cameras that prove nobody even came to drop it off. It's pretty frustrating that they wouldn't just own up to their mistake.

I always love checking out the huge selection of craft beers at Total Wine, they never disappoint. The store is always super organized and the employees are so friendly and helpful. Their knowledge really shines through, which makes shopping there a pleasure every time.
Online order for in-store pickup
I recently placed an online order for in-store pickup at Total Wine, thinking it would be easy and convenient. However, it turned out to be a mess. When I got to the store, the item I wanted was not easy to find. I asked for help, but the worker wouldn't get it for me and told me to come back in 2 hours. I was so frustrated by the lack of help. The next day, I went back to the store and it was closed due to a flood, making things even more of a hassle. I had already paid for the item, but couldn't get it. And when I called customer service, they gave me a gift card that could only be used for non-alcohol items and expired in a week. The whole thing was really disappointing and made me feel like my time and money didn't matter. Now I'm not sure if I want to go back to Total Wine again.
Awesome selection of candy!
Total Wine has an amazing candy selection! I used to order online, but now I see that going to the actual store is the way to do it for candy. Their service is top-notch and prices are fantastic. I always walk out of there with a big bag of goodies feeling super happy.
Expensive bottle of scotch
I wanted to share about my experience at Total Wine recently. It was a bummer, to be honest. I was excited to buy a fancy bottle of scotch for my dad, using all the money I had left. But at the last minute, they canceled my order because it wasn't in stock. I was hoping they'd suggest something else, but no luck. So now I was stuck without a Christmas gift for my dad. And to top it off, I have to wait 7-10 days for the refund to show up in my account. It's frustrating, to say the least.
Vodka, Tequila, and Pinot Grigio
I went to this place with a gift card and checked out some websites to figure out what to get. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck, you know? The manager there really helped me out a lot. He knew all about the drinks and even recommended some cool stuff I hadn't thought of. I didn't catch his name, but he's definitely a keeper.

Their website is a complete mess. It feels like they're making it impossible for you to buy something online. I attempted to buy something multiple times, but every time I tried, the website gave me errors and wouldn't let me check out. And when I contacted customer service for help, they were no help at all. I had no choice but to physically go to the store. It's pretty crazy that they don't have an easy way to print out an order in this day and age. Such a huge waste of time.
Wine selection
I just went to Total Wine and I was pretty bummed to see that they're making everyone wear masks, even though it's not a law in the area where the store is located. I think people should be able to decide for themselves if they want to wear a mask or not, especially when they're just trying to buy some wine. I get that businesses can set their own rules, but it seems like Total Wine is going a bit too far by requiring masks in Collier County, FL where there's no official mandate.
Redbreast 27 purchase
I recently bought a bottle of Redbreast 27 at Total Wine and was shocked by their prices. Some brands are competitive, but others are way overpriced. The price difference of $200 - $300 compared to other stores is ridiculous. Going from $720 to $1000 in just a few weeks is not okay. It feels like they're taking advantage of customers by raising prices. Even though they're a big store, it seems like they're not using their size to get better prices from suppliers. The big increase in prices on their house brands, nearly doubling in a couple of years, is disappointing. This pricing strategy isn't customer-friendly, so I won't be using their services anymore.
Wine and spirits
I had a horrible time at that store. The person who brought my order to my car was totally rude and not helpful at all. Plus, they didn't even give me a receipt. When I wanted to check my order before signing for it, they were no help whatsoever. And the worst part is, there's no way to talk to the store manager or regional manager about it. If I could, I would have marched right in there. It's just really sad to see how the big companies and the State of WA have crushed the little guys.
Alcohol tasting
So, I used to go to this store for, like, 20 years because they have some alcohol that other places don't, you know? I work nearby, so I'd stop by on Fridays after work to check out some samples. But then this one time, the manager, Jason Castoriano, was super rude to me about giving me a sample. He said I had to buy the bottle to taste it, and I was like, dude, I just wanna try it, not take it! But he wouldn't budge. And then he said he didn't care if I complained, which was hella embarrassing in front of everyone. So yeah, not going back there anymore!
Order placed with gift card
I just used a gift card to place an order and it went really well. The online ordering was a breeze and my order came fast and well-packed. I was super pleased with my purchase and the whole experience from beginning to end.
Total Wine, purchase review
My experience with Total Wine was so disappointing, you wouldn't believe it. The whole thing started when I tried to place an order on their website, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. When I got to the Coral Springs store, most of the staff there were no help at all. There were only two people who actually seemed like they knew what they were doing. When I finally got to talk to one of them, who was really nice and professional, things started to get even worse. They told me that my order had been sent to a different store without me even knowing, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. In the end, I just asked them to cancel my order. I was so disappointed by the lack of communication and organization at the company. It was just a huge letdown.
Wine bottle
I went to the store recently and had a really bad experience with one of the employees. I needed to grab a bottle of wine for a customer order I was delivering as an Instacart shopper, but this lady basically ignored me when I asked for help. She said it wasn't her problem. I was so annoyed and upset by her attitude. Luckily, the Supervisor came over and helped me find the wine. He also gave me some tips for next time. Even though the Supervisor was nice, the way the first employee treated me has kind of ruined how I feel about the store.
Bottles of wine
I'm not happy about being shut down for talking about my bad experience. Your customer service was terrible and instead of fixing it, you blocked my review. Well, now I'm going to make sure to spread the word about my honest opinion on all platforms. I was ready to keep using your services, but your choice not to give me back my $10.99 and causing more trouble for me only proves that you make bad decisions. I won't be supporting your company anymore.
Wine order
This place used to be great for ordering wine, but now it's like going to a depressing dollar store. Every time I try to order online, I get some annoying error message about promos not working or the system being down. When I called the store, they told me they can't take orders over the phone for security reasons - then why don't they fix their website, obviously! And their coupon offers are terrible, you have to spend $30-$100 before you even get a small discount, which is a bunch of nonsense.
Wine for a party
The wine selection at this store is amazing. I found the perfect bottles for my party and the staff was so helpful in helping me decide. The curbside service was really convenient, especially with everything going on. I'm grateful for the way Total Wine is keeping their customers safe while still giving great service.

I went to this store to buy some wine and spirits and man, it was a total nightmare. Their website is a mess — I couldn't find any contact info anywhere. When I tried to sign up, I got some error message saying my account couldn't be made right then and to call customer support for help. It was so annoying and nothing got fixed.
