Oh my gosh, can you believe what went down at that place? They seriously ripped off tons of people and totally wrecked their vacations. Picture being trapped at a resort because your hotel bill wasn't settled and they won't let you split until you cough up the cash. It's seriously messed up! This store, I swear, has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've tried hitting them up through email and chat multiple times for a return, but haven't heard a peep back. All I keep getting are those dumb automated messages that don't do a darn thing to help. I shelled out almost $300 on clothes for an event that's long gone, and all they wanna give me is store credit. Their prices are through the roof, and I don't need any more of their expensive threads. To top it off, my order was late, and I had to download some app just to track it. Can't even call up a customer service number for help, and their return instructions might as well be written in Greek. This place is a total scam - don't fall into the same trap I did and buy from them!
