Nylon chew toys for large puppy
I've got this big 70 lb Bernese puppy who just tears through nylon chews like nobody's business. Unfortunately, the nylon chews from this subscription box didn't really hold up any better. But I gotta hand it to them, the customer service team was really fast about sending replacements when I needed them. They even suggested sanding down the chews to make them last longer, which was a pretty cool tip that hadn't crossed my mind before. The customer service for this subscription is seriously top-notch - they switched out rubber toys for nylon ones when my pup started showing a preference. And I gotta say, their 100% guarantee policy has basically doubled the number of toys I've gotten from them.
My dog's not the biggest fan of playing, but I'd definitely recommend this subscription to folks with more playful pets. On the flip side, I tried out a different toy subscription company that just couldn't seem to cancel my subscription, despite my multiple requests to do so with their month-to-month payment plan. However, I was really impressed with how willing they were to accommodate my needs and cancel my 6-month subscription early. That whole experience actually made me want to stick with this brand. The replacement toys have been pretty decent, and the level of customer service I've received has been outstanding.Nice offers

At the time of schedule gift option most of the time monthly package found "not available", At the same.time opted for three months then never pop up shown with unavailability,is it funny or surprising
I have no issue of your boxes ,cookies or toys ,issue is something happens deliberately either by software as program or whatever ,please make sure this should not repeated every time.Christmas BarkBox
I just received my Christmas BarkBox right before the holidays and my dog couldn't wait to see what was inside! The toys were adorable and perfect for the season, but my dog is a total toy destroyer and managed to chew off the ears of all the toys within hours. I decided to contact customer service to let them know, and they were fantastic! They not only offered to upgrade my next box for free, but they are also sending a replacement toy. I am really impressed with their customer service and how they handled everything. I know my pup is going to be thrilled with her new toys!
Generous donation to Joliet Montessori School fundraiser
Hey there! Just wanted to give a shoutout to the team at BarkBox for their awesome donation to our silent auction fundraiser at Joliet Montessori School. Even though I'm not a dog owner and didn't bid on the BarkBox item myself, I was really moved by their generosity. Their contribution helped us bring in a ton of money for our school, and we actually reached our fundraising goal of $11,000.00! I'm so impressed by how dedicated they are to education and our community. I definitely think they're a great company to support if you want to make a difference.
Awesome dog treats and toys
My dog really loves everything that comes in the Bark Box! The treats are always delicious, and the toys are really fun to play with. I like how they switch up the themes each month, it keeps things interesting and my dog gets so excited to receive it in the mail. When I had an issue with my order, I contacted their customer service and they were incredibly helpful and nice. They resolved the problem quickly, and I was very impressed with how simple and fast it was. I would definitely suggest Bark Box to all dog owners!
Subscription cancellation and positive experience
I signed up for a six-month subscription, but had to cancel after just one month because of personal stuff. Even though I had to cancel, I gotta give props to the folks at BarkBox customer service. They were super quick and professional in handling my request. They refunded me without any issues. Their respect and understanding really stood out to me and made a tough situation a bit easier.
Chewer box subscription
I just signed up for the Chewer box and I have to say, I am so impressed with the quality of toys and snacks my dog gets every month. The toys are really tough and my furry friend absolutely loves the snacks. Sadly, my dog passed away recently, but BarkBox was incredible. They refunded my subscription and even sent a sweet card. What really got me was receiving an email 5 months later, offering support during the holidays and understanding how tough it must be without my pet. It's gestures like these that really show me how much BarkBox cares about their customers.

I've been a BarkBox customer for over 3 years now, and I've gotta say, they never let me down. The themed boxes are always packed with cool toys and treats that my dog goes crazy for. It all began when a friend gave us a subscription after we rescued our pup, and we've been renewing ever since because it brings us so much happiness. The boxes are always put together with care, and the special themes for holidays and seasons make it super fun to open each month.
Dino-themed BarkBox
I got the BarkBox this month and it was all about Jurassic Bark, which my dog Tilly totally went nuts over! She had a great time playing with all the toys, especially the "It's in my DNA" ball and the little raptor hatchling. Tilly isn't usually big on destroying toys, so she's been happily squeaking and playing with them without ripping them up. And she loved the treats too! The June BarkBox really brought a lot of happiness to both Tilly and me.

Dusty's BarkBox was awesome! We had to switch things up a bit because it turns out Dusty is not as much of a heavy chewer as I thought, but BarkBox was really cool about it and made the changes with no problem at all. Dusty has been really enjoying his boxes and treats ever since!
