Whole house water filter
I just moved from Colorado to Arizona and man, let me tell you, the water here is pretty awful. It's all full of calcium buildup and tastes so bitter and yucky. So I decided to give a whole house water filter a shot and went with one from this company. And I gotta say, it's been a game-changer! The water tastes so much better now, I don't even have to bother with those water bottles anymore. Plus, my dishes are way cleaner, and my shower doesn't have that gross lime buildup anymore. This system was definitely worth the investment, I'm loving it!

I just started today and I gotta say, I found the navigation to the next lesson kinda clunky. Instead of moving on to the next lesson, the one I just finished kept coming back up. I was also hoping to skip ahead a bit since I think I'm more advanced, but the site didn't make it easy. But I did like the teaching style of the instructors.

We shelled out a ton of cash to get blinds and shades for our whole house from this company. Even though we paid up front, we've been stuck with crappy products for almost a year. Every room in our place has been messed up by these faulty installations. And on top of that, our doors, casings, and walls are all messed up now. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare since day one.

Engagement ring resizing and custom jewelry experience
Helzberg can be a bit inconsistent depending on who you get to assist you. Luckily, there are two employees at my local store who I really trust and have been going to for years. They're incredible and always treat me like a valued customer. However, the custom jewelry fair they occasionally put on is pretty disappointing. The choices are limited and it doesn't feel like a truly personalized experience. It took a couple of attempts to get my grandma's stones set in a wedding band. I even ended up losing 3 diamonds because the prongs were too fragile. But, all in all, if you find the right employee, your shopping experience will be much better.

Disappointing quality
I bought some clothes online the other day, hoping to score some cool stuff that didn't break the bank. But man, when my package finally got here, I was super bummed with what I got. The material was all thin and scratchy, and some of the stitching was already falling apart. It's obvious those clothes weren't worth what I shelled out for them.

At the time of purchase, O'yeet prominently advertised a 2-year warranty on their official website, which was a significant factor in my decision to choose their product.
However, the warranty, which was presented as a promise of product quality and assurance, has not been honored by O'yeet. Boat cover
Do not buy this product as a trailerable boat cover. The one I purchased did not last 40 minutes before coming loose and then tearing. The straps do not secure it and the elastic band will not hold a cover tight. At best this is a stationary dust cover.

They are not factory-wrapped. They have different markings on them. I am concerned that this was fraudulent and that they sent me a box of 12 knock offs instead. I have contacted customer service.

I bought prescription glasses at a target store near me over two years ago. Yesterday I lost a nosepiece on my glasses. I took them in to target to see about replacing the missing part. Within a couple of minutes they fixed my glasses and cleaned them. No charge to me and my frames are almost new. Very nice and helpful. Definitely going back.

I was a faithful Herve Leger customers for years and happens to live in France where I ordered products in their Paris store before it closed. Later, I ordered on their website and on different websites like theOutnet and Yoox. Each time I had an issue with a wrong size for instance, these websites sent me a return ticket and paid me back the money I paid, tax included. So it was quite a shock when I recently ordered on Herve Leger website and they refuse not only to send me a return ticket but even to pay me back the value added tax and custom taxes which have absolutely no reason to be applicable considering the sale was cancelled. Besides, I have no way to get this money back myself because Herve Leger collected the money for these taxes! This whole story costs me over 200$ with the taxes and shipping costs in both directions. This would be shocking even for a low cost brand but for such hight price brand, I find it nothing less that outrageous. Maybe they still have a decent US customer service but for foreign clients, a bit of advice, do not buy from them anymore.

I'm hoping you can help me. Three weeks ago I purchased a rug on RugKnots. Since then I have left countless phone messages and emails and as of yet - no one has gotten back to me. My gut feeling is that I'm never going to receive my rug or be able to get a refund - and that I've been scammed. Could you offer me any information based on your experience that might help me understand my situation. Like how long did you wait before receiving your rug and did you actually speak to a living human being during your interaction with RugKnots.
