Delayed shipping and refund issue
I had a pretty bad time with this company because my order didn't get shipped for almost two years. I waited forever, and then I got a refund confirmation, but I never actually got the refund. They didn't keep me in the loop and didn't fix the problem, which really frustrated and disappointed me. I was hoping for better customer service and professionalism from them.
Pre-order Funko Pops
I ordered some pre-order Funko Pops back in June 2021, and it's been almost 2 years now, but my order still hasn't been shipped. I've reached out to customer service via email, but I haven't heard back from them. The idea of having to pay fees for a refund is really frustrating, and it's just disappointing that this issue hasn't been resolved. This whole situation has made me a bit wary about buying anything else from this store.

Don't even waste your time buying from this place! They are unbelievably slow at getting your order ready and then when they finally ship it, it feels like forever for your precious pops to arrive. I mean, seriously, I could walk to the store and get the same ones faster! And if there's an issue with your order, forget about getting any help from their customer service. They just keep saying "be patient" even after months since you placed your order. I've sent them countless emails and it seems like they just don't care! One time they sent me a messed up Funko Pop and when I told them, they were like "not our problem". Why even bother selling stuff if you're not going to stand behind it? I'm done with this place and their ridiculously slow shipping and terrible customer service. Never shopping with them again. If I could give them a lower rating, I totally would.
Pre-orders delayed, order modification, dishonesty
My experience with this company was a total letdown. I pre-ordered some collectibles, but they took almost 2 years to ship them. During that time, they changed my order without asking me and lied about when my stuff would arrive. When I asked for proof that they had shipped my items, they wouldn't show me anything. Spanish customs, the post office, and the tax ministry in Spain all confirmed that the package never even made it to the country. Big Apple Collectibles then tried to charge me an extra $114.17 to send it, and gave me just 3 days to decide or they said they'd sell off all my stuff with no refund or voucher for their store. The way this company doesn't talk to customers and straight up lies to them is just wrong. I'd tell anyone thinking about buying from them to steer clear.

It’s been over 2 years for a couple of my orders. I have at least 4 unfulfilled orders. Have been trying to get money back for over a year now. Company going out of business. I know why now! They don’t respond to emails anymore. The last 2 orders I did receive, were both missing a pop. I just want my money back at this point. They can stick their store credit policy where the sun doesn’t shine.

Big joke! I have at least 4 unfulfilled orders on. They have started to send a couple. Pop’s missing from both orders I did receive. It’s been over 2 years for a couple of my orders. A year on the other. Have used store credit so not all my orders are showing in my bank account. They don’t give refunds ... are super slow to ship. When I could find it in real time, I would cancel with them for store credit. They can stick their store credit where the sun won’t shine!
Funko Pop!
Ordered over $100 worth of merchandise over 3 years ago. Ship dates kept getting pushed back and then they sent an email in February stating they are closing down and no orders are going out. We are all left with no orders and no legal recourse since CC companies will only open disputes for orders less than 90 days old!

Between 3/1/2021 and 7/8/2022 I placed 27 orders with Big Apple Collectibles. Since 7/8/2022 I have not heard from them and 9 orders remain paid for and unfulfilled. Attempts to reach them have been unanswered. This business appears to be on the wrong side of the Federal Trade Commission Act Section 5: Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices. The do not return customer complain emails or provide a phone number,

Funko Pop Pre order
Same complaints as others preordered my item in April 2022 for items and still haven't received anything or any response. Nor can I cancel my orders. they have no customer support or options to cancel items.
Do not use them, I am $600 in the hole with them. Go to funko directly or another company, BIG APPLE COLLECTIBLES CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. unless they contact me this review will stay active.Preorder FUNKO
WORST company ever! Don't pre-order or buy from them. I should have checked their reviews before pre-ordering. It takes them forever to get their pre-orders. 1 year and still counting. They wouldn't honor their policies and they change it from time to time. Even if you bought something from them while the policy was still effective they wouldn't honor it. They are a joke, and their rep wouldn't stand by their words. I had proof of the policy sent to me by the Rep Manager and all they can do for you is apologize because it policy changed. It has been more than a year and I patiently waited but up until now NOTHING. They told me I can cancel my pre-order after 1 year of not receiving it and now they took that back and wouldn't honor it. The manager just told me that few months ago and even showed them the proof of our conversation. They even told me they don't ship an incomplete order so they wait for the whole order to be completed before sending it out. But for some reason when I tried to cancel my order since its over a year, they wouldn't and told me that the order will be shipped out. Now I received the email of the shipped items but FOR SOME REASON it is an Incomplete order! They are liars, this company is as bad as I've seen in reviews! They will start ignoring your emails and just do what they want! DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Spent $90 on a guaranteed chase order, and it has not even come closed to being shipped. It's been a year, and still nothing. They don't even give at least an update or anything. Contacted customer service and they are useless. They give very vague answers and then stop responding. DO NOT recommend at all. Never buying from her again.

Do not buy from this merchant. They are the last to get all pops. I have seen the same pops in local retailers while my order status still have my pops months out with Big Apple. Even when they do receive your order, they will take forever to send it out. I’m currently waiting on an order that’s been ready to ship since the 3rd week of November. Another order was ready to ship in January and it’s still sitting in their warehouse. I’ve emailed them 5-7 times and they’re customer service is horrible. All they do is tell you to be patient and cite holiday shipping delays despite that fact that it’s now March. I have disputed 3 of their orders with my credit card company. They also sent me damaged merchandise and claimed no responsibility when I emailed them. Took 3 weeks to get back to me. I’m so sorry that I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of pre-orders with them. Will never do business with them again. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

I have been waiting over a year for my items. Every time I check the status the dates keep being pushed back. Other collectible stores have received these Funkos but are now sold out. Can't get any response from the company about the situation. Think twice about ordering from this company

I would say negative and optimistic. I had preorders from March 2021. it's September 2021 and all the orders can be fulfilled by other vendors months and weeks ago. I sent an email and was informed I had orders on the way. That was three weeks ago. No orders. Waiting for a response. They are fast to charge and slow to follow through. I learned my lesson.

Negative review part: my only concern with this company via business is The Prices on some new Funko pops, figures Etc, Without a Fair honest price this doesn't attract Customers it pushes them away which damage the companies image to as a seller. It's always important to sale for a decent price, the only way to increase a item(s) price is after high demand that's a that's an understandable solution the more we the customers demand, the higher a price increased is issued! Biggest scam in creation. Waiting a year now for 3 orders. All ordered items available in every other store and web site. They want you to cancel so they keep 25 % of your money. Biggest con artists. Sign my petition to get justice.
