the phone number kept showing as incomplete. The page said “fix it” but didn’t say how, so I fumbled around and only figured out I had to delete the old address to change the number. Not flawless, but fast and helpful enough that I’ve already mentioned it to a couple friends.
Packing finally did the job
they held my card for approval for ages (first time I’ve seen that), then two weeks more before I was told several items were actually out of stock even though the site showed them available. That annoyed me. The one clear win was the packaging — everything arrived intact and the pillow wasn’t squashed. The relief when I unboxed it was real; glad it wasn’t damaged, so that made the hassle worth it.

Kpop album
I ordered a kpop album over the summer, and they sent me the wrong poster. They promised to send the right one but never did. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me store credit. I used that credit to get a different poster, but again, it was wrong. It's already December, and I still haven't gotten the right poster. I think they are terrible and don't care about customer complaints.
K-pop album purchase
Ordering was so easy, no problems at all. They were quick with service, got everything done efficiently. The pricing was fair, especially considering how good the product was. The delivery came fast and the package was all good. Overall, it was a really smooth and satisfying experience.

Their idea of fixing it was to give me a flimsy, see-through CD case instead, which obviously wasn't going to work for my DVDs. I was really let down and annoyed by the lack of care in packaging and their unwillingness to make it right.

Cool place for buying albums in the UK
I love getting albums from this awesome store because they have a ton of options and the shipping is usually quick. Every now and then it might take a little longer, but that's not on them. Best Asian Content Ever, can't
