seeing how simple habit tweaks lined up with his own weight loss and muscle gains made it click. Sam and Janette explained things so clearly, and weirdly the little templates they shared felt usable right away. Also the chat was actually friendly, not salesy, which surprised me. I left the webinar thinking, yeah, I need this mentoring program and I’ll join soon.
