    Efficient home service software

I appreciate how they actually pay attention to what users have to say and then make changes based on that feedback. It's seriously the best software out there for home services.     Easy to use software

    I love using this software! It's so easy to use and usually works really well. Whenever there's an issue, they send out an email and get it fixed quickly. The customer support team is always quick to respond and they are super helpful. And the best part is, they actually take feedback on how to improve it!

    Software for accountants

    ServiceTitan is really cool, but sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate. You have to do some funky things to make sure everything is working properly. But, hey, the customer service is fantastic and they always have your back. They fix any issues right away. As an accountant, I have to say, this software is top-notch and easy to use.

    Revenue booster

    I really love how ServiceTitan has made us more money ever since we started using it. We're able to give our customers more choices, which they seem to really like. And we also have these awesome reports that help us stay on top of inventory and marketing. Thanks to the marketing tools, we've even saved some cash on Google ads. So grateful for ServiceTitan!

    Onboarding process issues

    The onboarding process was a real headache right from the start. We had so many problems and even though we reached out every week, nothing ever got fixed. We ended up signing a 1-year contract, but boy do we regret it now. When we tried to cancel after the year was up, they hit us with the news that the contract auto-renews if you don't cancel before it's up. The salesperson promised us the moon, but in reality, the program fell flat. We had trouble navigating the system, and our techs ran into problems we couldn't figure out on our own. When we asked for help, they said they couldn't send anyone over. All in all, it was a letdown and I'd advise any small business out there to steer clear of this service.

    I just had the best experience with the team at this company. Everyone, from the Customer Success Manager to the onboarding team to the pro team, was so helpful and dedicated to helping me with any problems I had.     Our current Customer Service Manager, who we affectionately refer to as Rae Phillips, is simply amazing. She truly goes the extra mile in all aspects of her job. Rae is thorough, attentive, and can always be counted on to deliver on her promises. She doesn't just help you out, she takes charge, gives advice, guides, motivates, and solves problems like a real pro. I've never had such outstanding customer service anywhere else. Rae really raises the standard for what it means to offer excellent service.

    They took our money for a service that didn't even work, and now I can't seem to get it fixed. The onboarding process felt like I was interacting with a robot, and our salesperson completely disappeared on us. I highly suggest doing some research before investing in this subpar product.

    NMI updater recurring issue

    I keep running into this problem with the NMI updater not working, like every 4-5 months. It's getting really annoying because the issue never seems to get fixed. Also, they keep changing the user interface all the time, which makes it hard for us to keep up. Some of the changes might be good, but it's tough for us to figure out the new stuff and get used to it.
