Onboarding process issues
The onboarding process was a real headache right from the start. We had so many problems and even though we reached out every week, nothing ever got fixed. We ended up signing a 1-year contract, but boy do we regret it now. When we tried to cancel after the year was up, they hit us with the news that the contract auto-renews if you don't cancel before it's up. The salesperson promised us the moon, but in reality, the program fell flat. We had trouble navigating the system, and our techs ran into problems we couldn't figure out on our own. When we asked for help, they said they couldn't send anyone over. All in all, it was a letdown and I'd advise any small business out there to steer clear of this service.

Blue light filter glasses
The ordering process was really easy and user-friendly. I liked having the style guide and being able to see the frame dimensions. It took me a little while to get used to the blue light filter because I was worried the tint would be distracting. But, I've actually noticed a big decrease in headaches after spending long hours in front of the screen.
